Nothing that we didn't like but some things that can be a scope for improvement: 1) Food: All meals were quite average in terms of the flavour and spices that we expect from a vegetarian meal. Sadhya was again quite average and can definitely improve to enhance the overall experience of the stay. 2) Logistics: Breakfast buffet should include hot Tea and Coffee rather than depending on staff to serve it on as and need basis. 3) Buffet menu: The menu can be more creative for breakfast, lunch and dinner as the theme is pretty much the same which becomes quite monotonous. It can be a bit more widespread considering the price point. 4) Activities: The stay experience can be enhanced with some creative engagement activities for the customers like Some activities involving organic methods - pot making, plantation etc.... 5) The farm falls short of some space for the customers to take a walk and enjoy the space.... management can think of it as well.

- Rooms are average for the price you pay. - Hot water option is there, if you can complete your shower in 2 minutes. Post that, you get cold water. - very limited food options. - Farm visit is kept around 3 PM when it's scorching hot. So didn't go for it.

Only good thing about the property is location i.e. it's situated right next to river. Also, staff is courteous and helpful.

Everything Had the worst experience of life. They have limited staff , limited food, insects, no recreation rooms, just a few people with less than basic requirements. With nothing to do in the area, they don't have TVs in the room as well. It's like you were stuck in a jail. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We struggled with our return back to Pune. We were sent to the station in an Auto and we reached there to realize there are no cabs available from Karjat station. We had to come back to the main road to book a local taxi. The staff should have guided better considering it was only me and my daughter. The management should inform us in advance about cabs etc so we would choose a safer option of return from that place. One of the riverside cottages had too many lizards and it was difficult to stay.(applicable for guests who are fearful of lizards) We got our room changed in the night.

The staff and picturesque view. It was truly relaxing and rejuvenating. Food, chai, and sadya everything was good. the owner Arya and manager Sameer went out of the way to help me with the rooms. River experience is therapeutic. it is a perfect place to write and paint.

Nothing specific everything is worth the spend done.

The food by the chef is worth the stay. Chicken Kerala style to the sadhya served only on Saturday. I think eating fresh food made from their own farms is the take away for the property.

Road condition to reach the destination about 1 km you have to face some difficulty.

Cleanliness, staffs were very supportive.Food was quite good but there was limited. location is perfect . river side view . You can enter the river and enjoy .

very difficult to point anything negative about the place. The access in the last kilometre is over non tarred roads, but that is the USP of the place

The property is easily accessible and yet far from the madding crowd of a city. Set in a beautiful farm with quaint cottages and close to a flowing river, imparts a beautiful rustic feeling to the place. Back to nature, yet with all modern amenities. The farm provides all the ingredients used in cooking the meals, so one can imagine how tasty and fresh the vegetables taste in the preparations.

Road to the location from main street was not well-made and risky for tyres of some vehicles. No seating/walking area along the river that is marketed.
