We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaBreakfast is good spread but the major problem is same items repeats each day, even the 3 fruits - Watermelon, Muskmelon and Papaya repeats each day which I feel is not good for guest staying for 4-5 nights. Also, one of the major issue is a chaos during breakfast time, with no control of the management there. Property is not a resort type, its more of a apartment type where you get facilities and amenities but no feel like Resort. Very dull environment even during the christmas time , no activities etc for the guests like the other resorts conduct. I feel management need to look into this. Front desk need more training and know how to deal with the guest and provide the checkin and checkout experience. They have served me warm beer as welcome drink which I refused and did not have but staff is not bothered for this at all. Either you provide the welcome drink if you really value your customer else dont do this propoganda of welcome drink and all - guests need experience. Parking place is also a major problem at the property. Each day, prepare to wait for the water in the taps from 8 AM -9:30 AM, this is weird as water is a basic thing guest should expect. Power fluctuations is often seen and when you have kids along it becomes difficult to experience complete dark. I would recommend anyone looking to have a resort type experience then this is not a place. If you need an apartment type setup then you decide what you want to have and what you are paying for.
Location is good, close to the beach which has shacks to relax etc,. Support staff are extremely courteous and helpful, ready to support all the time, house keeping folks are amazing.
