Cleanliness of our unit was not exactly at par with what expected from such rated property. Our sheets, pillows were stinking like used unwashed ones, the clothes cupboard had a strong odour of sweat, and toilet was just tolerably clean. TV and kettle were non functional. On the up side they attended to it as soon as we pointed out. But it was a plus long wait after initial wait of an hour to get the room. I was unwell and was looking forward to rest, when all these hurdles made it really very annoying. Moreover, this kind of flaw is not expected at the price they take. The property’s claim to a private beach is also exaggerated when the beach in question is just a sea view with rocky grounds and marshy land, prohibiting any access to the sea.

The location and the grounds were good. It is a very nice property, beautifully designed, lots of greenery and natural beauty. Services were prompt, staffs are nice especially at the dining, people are very friendly and helpful. Dining facility is a very pleasant hall, provides a nice ambiance and nice food.

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. If you're planning a trip to Neil Island, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Sea Shell, Niel. It's the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.

I recently stayed at Sea Shell on Neil Island, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely fabulous, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The resort's private beach is truly a highlight secluded, pristine, and incredibly peaceful, making it ideal for unwinding by the ocean. Another standout feature is the restaurant, which I believe is the best on the island. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance added to the overall charm of the place. If you're planning a trip to Neil Island, I highly recommend staying at Sea Shell. It's the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.

I didnt like that for me as a smoker it was very limited. I came for a vacation not to be limited. For me it was very hard. Its not fun to go outside in the middle of the night from your room at the time that you have a balcony but i need to go to the ocean just for smoking. Think about let two or three rooms that literally with balcony to smoke. Its just annoying and two or three rooms with smoke in the balcony wouldn’t kill anyone it is just absurd to me that I payed so much money on a room with a balcony on a second floor but i cant smoke there although i have my privacy

I like the lights that was very warm, i like that the room was very clean as well as all the resort. Very nice people in the reception and all over the place.

Just the WIFI wasn't very good, which was a hotel issue as it would work in the restaurants close by.

Quiet hotel, which more like an annex for it's sister hotel the Samsara just down the road from it, so ideal for families. Rooms were lovely and the breakfast was very good. The dive centre was based there which was ideal for arranging all your diving needs. Remember if your over 60 you aren't allowed to dive in the Andaman Islands.

Internet and electricity can be a concern.

It's a compact property right next to the beach that provides perfect walkway during low tide. The view is soothing and the property is very clean. The food was brilliant! Highly recommended for family vacations.

A little bit cool in the restaurant! The beach by the hotel is a mangrove and not for swimming.

A very comfortable and luxurious room with a balcony overlooking a lovely garden. It is in walking distance of a swimming beach and walking distance to the top of the island. We hired bikes nearby and enjoyed cycling around the island.
