We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandExecutive rooms were below par. Stained toilet, dirty floor, no wardrobe, hardly any toilet roll given without asking for more. Moved to superior room a few days later, much cleaner. Arrived at night and the entrance was blocked by packs of dogs, there’s an insect zapping machine in reception that’s killing mosquitoes as you check-in which doesn’t set the greatest vibe. Hotel was undergoing refurbishment when I was there so very noisy and busy with workers.
Superior room was a pleasant improvement on the executive room. Kettle in room, check-in 24 hours. Nice pool area and bar on top floor for drinks with beautiful views of the city.

IndiaThe restaurant seems to have reduced the price of the dinner buffet since my last visit, and consequently also the variety of the menu. Similarly, the breakfast buffet is now on the terrace instead of the ground floor, and is quite cramped for space

IndiaRooms are outdated, need a lot of cleanliness from top to bottom. Molds / Fungus Formation on the furniture, Bathroom, shower area. No towels were provided, linen and bedding was stained. If you request something it will be taking hours to deliver.

My car was parked inside hotel's parking area and someone broke my car..when I asked the for CCTV footage they couldn't show footage though they have cctv in the parking area. They say something must have happened but we don't know what happened. So I sent my car to work shop and then booked a ola to get out of that shity place. Would you like to stay in a hotel where ur have to face this kind of serious security issues ?
