Clean. Comfortable. The strength of this place is the kindness of the host, the cleanliness of the accommodation. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Good for family vacation. Overall excellent . He helped us with booking tours, auto, even bus tickets arranged. The host speaks english well. 👍🫶 Breakfast was good as well especially the french toast and chai. Highly recommendable.

Approach road is a narrow alley that is difficult in terms of mental peace or confidence in security.

Room did not have enough space to put luggage. Breakfast could have more food.

Excellent facilities, great host, serene location. I will look forward to staying there again when I am in Alleppey. The caretaker is a gem of a person. He catered to all our requests. The walk from the home stay to the town is quite surreal.

this hotel was good and given me memorable moments and i would like to thank their staff for nice cooperation. They arranged shikara boat riding and local site seeing and given all important information about Alleppey during stay.

Property looks amazing both in day and night. It's very spacious which makes it better choice for kids to play around. Highly recommended for Families, certainly you will make good memories here

The garden and house are very well kept and clean. There is air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms and the bathroom was lovely and clean. I also had my first hot shower in a long time which was such a treat!

The Location was great not far from the center so it was really quiet, there were places not far to go and eat that were good, staff were very nice and friendly. Not far from the boat tours that were in the center. Room was clean and the bed super comfy and clean bathroom.

As the name suggests, the stay was quiet, clean and well managed. We had authentic Kerala breakfast. This place was well equipped with all facilities. One of the best stay in Kerala.

Serene Stay and its host, Boney, are amazing. My husband had an upset stomach and could only eat plain rice & yogurt. Boney prepared the rice and bought yogurt (curd) for him both nights of our stay. He made sure all our needs were met including preparing a breakfast at short notice. The room was clean and well-maintained. Air conditioning works well and thicker blankets are included in the rooms which was great. There's hot water & good water pressure in the showers. Wifi connection is good. Note that Alleppey beach & the starting point for some of the canoeing/shikara tours is about a 8-10 min drive as the homestay is located in Punnamada. But there are plenty of auto rickshaws available close by. We had our canoe drop us off at the dock close to the homestay (only 5 min walk away) so you could look into doing the same.
