The pillows could have been better

The hotel has a lovely river running by which sounds lovely, especially at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly: arranged taxi for sight seeing The food was very nice and good value The location is in a quite area and close to a lovely Buddhist temple and gardens where you can spend time and eat as well.

May be they could correct the fan regulator and speed and also little bit of A/c servicing. But they were not at all a deterrent to our peaceful and happy stay.

This property is roughly about 25 to 30 minutes from Kangra/ Gaggal Airport. Its in a very peaceful nature surrounded location. The entire staff was perfect and outstanding, right from reception to room service to all the other support staff including the Chef Mr.Suresh. All were polite , well respecting , prompt and very courteous in everything that they did in their work and customer service. Food was also very good , especially the Manchow Soup , Mixed Vegetable , Dal , everything that we ordered was fresh , tasty and very satisfactory. Pleasant balcony space with chairs and great mountain view and fresh water flowing from long and far. Rates are also quite reasonable especially if you need serenity as their name suggests , quite moments, relaxation and rejuvenation , close to nature and a very efficient service. We are very happy to have selected this Hotel Stay and surely recommend visitors to consider even if you have a number of choices. Our best wishes and good luck, always.

We stayed at this great hotel for 3 days. It was quiet and with a beautiful view of the river, which is just under the hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The shower is very good and clean, with plenty of hot water. Big rooms with balcony facing the river. The beds are very comfortable and we could sleep well. The breakfast has many delicious dishes. The staff is very helpful and the manager helped us with everything we asked. He even gave us storm suits on rainy days. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite well made. From the interiors to amenities to rooms to staff to location, there is no negative. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is very good. The view from the rooms is mind-blowing: there is a small stream flowing right next to the hotel (it doesn't even show on Google Maps!) and you can also see the snow capped mountains! There is also an elevator for senior folks. The terrace on the top floor is a good place for gathering and chilling together.

Property is bit far from everything so need a car to move around. It's midway from dharamshala and mcleodganj. So taxis charge too much

Superb rooms and fab shower with great veranda overlooking gushing river. They have a great terrace where we sat last night to eat dinner. Beautiful mountain view and good food available.
