Reviews of Serenity Inn home stay

All members of the family were extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very clean. There was hot water available all day. It is very close to Dal Lake. There is no sign on the gate, so it can be difficult to find the place, but we found the people around very helpful and they pointed us in the right direction.

It was really noisy and because of that we hardly got any sleep. :(

Place is really good – neat and clean rooms, good service, and totally value for money. Definitely recommend!

Room was decent and clean with good ventilation.

There was constant power cut and the facility didn’t had a power back up. There was no parking facility unless you are travelling by a two wheeler. The parking facility is misleading.

Entry to this property is little off..was struggling to find the entrance..thats the only thing to consider.. otherwise all good.

We like everything over there, we reached very early in the morning but the owner has still help us with guide the cab driver and welcome us with a tea.

it's nice and newly renovated. we hope it maintain as it is. the water heater is hot enough. I like the sink with hot water flowing as it comes in handy during winter.

the location is a bit to fat in and the streets was bit far hectic. near a lake where ppl board for dal lake excursion so you can imagine how chaotic the road towards place. at night it gets really quiet so if heading out for dinner can be quite a hassle unless you pre book a tuktuk in advance.

It’s an home stay, where you feel it as home as the hotel is managed by a family. I am totally impressed by the hospitality provided. Anything you require, it will be taken care. My trip went memorably, as trip planning and everything was taken care by them. Especially I want to thank Shahid Rashi, who is the owner of the hotel, is very friendly and excellent hospitality provided by him. Our trip went amazing. I would highly recommend this place for stay. You just have to stay with peace and rest everything is taken care of.

Nothing as such, once you book this hotel. There is no way that you don’t like anything as such.
