It was nice but noting special, we arrived late at night and after a really long day traveling we entered the Room and took a shower but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there was no hot water, the day after we had the same problem even if I told the staff to solve the problem by the afternoon because we had a trip that day and we were coming back tired at the hotel and wanted to shower but when we came back the problem was not solved and we had to wait an hour and half more to shower.

Very good restaurant, could be bit cleaner, but ok. Very bad location as there are slams area (left side) when you get out of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe when get out at night. You should try to avoid the area, otherwise its a good hotel. Also, bit far from airport or Delhi city. with traffic at Delhi, it wasn’t very convenient.

As my stay in hotel is for work purpose priority is time saving & utilizing the complete stay..not getting my orders in room from porter or zomato & specially going down leaving my work behind twice or thrice is real trouble..also the food I ordered from outside can not be warm if requested & that is really weird..work kept me bzy & food got cold & they simply denied because the food was from outside & that is really bad gesture shown towards ur paid guest visiting frequently..

If I talk about deluxe room is comfortable space..worth it every time I visit.. staff is very helpful in the best possible manner..security members complete staff is good Job.

This hotel is situated in dirty area. Price like 5 stars but facilities is very poor. Only breakfast quality and items are perfect.

I do booked hotel with breakfast. But they charge me 2050 rupees each day. Every time day request for pay first I am staying 5 nights , I request them every time paying is hassle but they 3/4 people stand by pay fist. What nonsense is it

Wofi wasn’t working in the room, tv wasn’t working! Worst part there was no hot water for three days and I was brought hot water in a bucket to shower with! And the hotel staff didn’t bother at all!

The hotel is not a place primarily used to accommodate people because it is used as a venue for weddings.

Good points: location. Bad points: 1. Front Staff is wholly unhelpful. 2. Initially given a room with stains on bedsheet, and duvet and pillow covers; there were drawings on the wall; the furniture was dirty; and toilet was dirty too. After 2 calls to hotel front desk I had to go to Reception and inform them again of the issues with the room. A member of staff came with me to inspect the issues complained of and once inspecting agreed with deficiencies and offered another room. It was 11pm now. The 2nd room offered also had stained bedding sheets and pillow and duvet covers. These were again highlighted to the hotel staff and they agreed. Time was taken to change bedding after which I was able to move into the room. In return I was offered complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay which I did not require and was not utilised. 3. I was ordering food via room service for the duration of my stay and had the option of making payment all in one go upon check out. On one occasion room service insisted that I make payment for the service for that particular day immediately without reason. The member of staff gave me part of my order and then explained that he needed to clarify the payment matter with his manager. The 2nd part of my order was brought to me after I’d finished my meal brought to me the first time round. I was disturbed constantly whilst trying to eat my meal after a long day. 4. Empty dishes were not collected after meals were finished even upon request. Dishes were left even when the room was done up. 5. The front desk staff refused to book any taxi when requested and informed that I should use Uber. 6. I was reliant upon taxis whilst staying in the hotel which I had to book myself. The taxi drivers informed me that they were being refused access to the hotel by the security guard at the barriers.

The water from the shower head and tap in my room was red/brown water i.e. rusty water - I have attached a photo to my review. When I went down to ask for refund (this was only 30 mins in to me checking in), the owner was very rude and did not give me a refund which indicates that they care more about the money than their customers. After a 2 hour discussion I decided to go to Crowne Plaza - this was the same price and was 10 fold better than this hotel. Additionally although the staff were polite, it was hard to communicate with them in English. Would highly recommend going with hotel chains such as Crown Plaza! Just an FYI - Booking.com did a great job with taking my side on this. They called the hotel multiple times to force a refund. At the end booking.com gave me a small amount out of their own pocket which I appreciated.

They host parities everyday til after midnight which can be very loud and disrupt your sleep. I also found cockroaches crawling in the restaurant table. The location of the hotel is far from most tourist attractions

Quality of the room was bad. The kettles in the rooms were broken. The tv did not work properly. The location itself was very bad.

The property was ok, but the reception staff were very arrogant. Their was one receptionist name Abishek and was not listening to what I had to say. The room was in 9th floor and the door lock was broken. I felt as if they gave us those rooms intentionally. I was very disappointed withbthe stay. I would never recommend this hotel to any body.
