The approach road to the hotel is extremely congested. Private parking is available, which does not belong to the hotel and parking is chargeable. The food was generally good. The intercom was not working, hence to order room service we had to go down to the reception to order food. There is a huge problem of power failure and the AC does not operate during power failure. The hotel generator is only for minimum power.

There are no food facilities. There is a huge noise, the hotel is not for a couple or family oriented, the blankets were so dirty, after saying many times staff were changed the blankets. There were a lot of 🦟 mosquito in the room and room were not properly cleaning. So dirty. AC was not working properly.

The hotel charged me approx. INR 18,000 for the stay with breakfast for 3 nights. Room is charged at an average of INR 6000 per night. The first night I stayed in a room where the AC wasn't working. The size of the room is not more than an ATM or a bird's cage. You open the door and straight jump onto the bed because you hardly have space inside the room to walk. The bathroom is so small and tiny that you just cannot bend yourself to wash your face on the basin unless you open the door. Check the relevant photos below. Even the local hotel staff confirmed to me that I am being charged a lot more of the usual rate and that I have been duped by the management staff based in their Kolkata office. The hotel rate shouldn't be more than INR 1000 per night and I am charged approx. INR 6000 per night. How come they claim themselves 3 star on booking.com ??? They are hardly even a star How come booking. com being such a reputed company accepts these kind of fraudulent hotels like this to even place their advertisement and mislead people like us ????? These kind of hotels and their management should be penalized for duping & looting customers like us and be removed immediately from any hotel reservation sites. STOP THIS NONSENSE OF SHITTY BUSINESS AND LOOTING CUSTOMERS

There is list of disliking. 1. After check in we went to the room and the room was absolutely uncleaned and dirty. 2. After asking them to clean then I found the washroom was very smelly and geyser not working. 3. The bed & the pillow covers were very dirty. Also mosquitoes were every corner of the bedroom. 4. The service staffs were very rude, they don't even know how to talk to the guests. There are lot of things which was there but I don't want to write so many things anymore. Just one sentence for Shantinivas is absolutely worthless hotel and the charges they are charging is absolutely not compatible with the level of service they are providing to there customers. I would request to the booking.com please check and then list the hotels in there website, because from next time I will be doubting for making booking from booking.com.

Bathroom is not cleaned as expected. Gyser is switched on by manager on request. Didn’t give AC remote . TV wasn’t shown as working while check in room but their person checked TV operation while checking out. It’s ridiculous. I have never seen such type of stuff behaviour in my life.
