Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakast was lovely but it was going cold when we got there at 8.30am
we booked this hotel as we arrived in the early hours of the morning in the new international airport and didn't want to travel to our final destination in Cavelossom The bedroom was fine beds comfy room clean bathroom fine

The Main door had an issue could not be locked from inside & TV was not working. Informed the reception & they have to sort out this issue.
The assistance at the reception, rooms were very spacious & clean.

the breakfast needs to changed everyday, the days we stayed at the hotel we had the same layout for breakfast. India is the biggest country in the world with different taste buds, you should not run short of having variety for breakfast.
the location is very good and excisable to different location prefer to go, staff arranged taxi service when needed, Mr.Dan and Pradeep help in getting a fridge arranged for my room since i had requested while booking but the next day at 9am as promised delivered the fridge to my room

Rooms were smelling at times of cigarette as it has central AC Everyone dried their under clothes in the lobby railing, which gave a very sick feeling in the hotel The hotel seemed understaffed for catering to needs of breakfast. Dishes / spoons were wet when we took them. Tables dirty (no cleaning staff) Used dishes were kept in a tub right near the breakfast counter. Mattresses were lying in the floor lobby.

Situated on a busy street, walking is a bit of a challenge. I didn't find many eating options nearby except a good vegetarian restaurant close to the hotel. Staff were cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Very rude receptionist. Made me feel very uncomfortable, asked me if I spoke the Goan language as they were obviously saying something about me and laughing. The key was practically thrown at me then when I asked how to get to the room it seemed like a big effort to answer a question she should have told me anyway. WiFi worked for an hour then stopped working for the duration of our stay, when I went to reception to ask if there was a problem it seemed like they couldn’t care less and never got resolved. This hotel is double the price of what we usually pay because there doesn’t seem to be any budget options in Mapusa, as it’s pricey it would be nice to have WiFi that works and a nice welcome from the team. Sort your customer service out, this is the hospitality industry.

Hygiene being most important saw a cockroach in the room, the fridge was missing, breakfast was laid out haphazardly, messy especially how the used plates were dumped in one corner.
Staff is good especially the female at the counter was helpful, the location is excellent in the heart of mapusa and the room was spacious

Falling short in service especially reception service. My room did not have a mini fridge and after several requests I finally got 3 channels added to my tata sky package that too of 1 rs each. None of the tv channels are offered otherwise. They provide Netflix in some rooms but this time my room didn't have the service which was disappointing.
Great Location, comfortable hotel, great parking, nice breakfast. Special mention to Dan who works there who really went the extra mile whenever anything was needed👍.

The cost was a bit too high. I was looking for a room in the range of Rs 1000 to Rs 1200 non AC. In which case I would have planned a longer stay. I will be visiting again shortly.
The service is good. The location for the purpose of my body was ideal.

I would say nothing, everything was good
