Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Service was excellent. Staff are very helpful.
Hotel is close to all amenity. Convenient for lunch or dinner. It is closer to the location we were visiting.

The hotel is on a busy road so expect some noise from the road.
We stayed at Hotel Shelter for an overnight halt when travelling via Nagpur. The caretakers, Ankush and his wife, were very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. It is very easy to locate the Hotel and check in process is smooth as well. The room is small but has all basic amenities like AC, hot water in bathroom, clean linen and basic toiletries. We were travelling with our pet dog who was accommodated with ease. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short stays and overnight halts.

The staff. Especially Mr. Ankush who is so well spoken and kind. He helped me with everything. He even came to drop me to the railway station at 3am as I was not able find an auto. The rooms were clean hygienic

Little old but as its pet friendly and we needed for journey break, we found it good. Rate can be little less looking at the old property.
Property is petfriendly and thats what our preference is. Staff is good and helpful and provide assistance whatever help is needed. Food is available via swiggy and zomato as the place is near market. We got Tea and poha on payment in the room itself. Staff prepares that.

The place and the picture of the surroundings not shown in the site. It is a congested lane.
Car parking is a problem, food and service not available, no kitchenette ss explained on website and no vessels cups etc to make even a cup of coffee/tea in the apartment early on the morning.

I booked two double rooms with a maximum capacity of two adults, but they changed for the fourth adult. Thus it became overpriced for me.

There were “no toileteries” given in the room’s bathroom.when called he said handwash is kept in common hall and we can take that. There was no soap or anything given to at least wash face. In short, **No handwash and no soap in bathroom** #bathroom was bad, jet spray tube was broken so it leaked while usage and throughout say and night. Only 1 towel given when there were 2 ppl in the room. Room was ok ok. Its not like a hotel room, its like an on old hostel room. No electric kettle was there which is basic in any hotel. I had to forcefully agree the receptionist to give atleast one jug with 2 glasses in the room as they were also not there in the room. It is expected to go downstairs and fill your water bottle or glasses yourself in the middle of night if needed which is a concept in college hostels. Breakfast was not available before 8.30 am so we had to drop breakfast. Firstly they didn’t return breakfast money, later they returned only 50 Rs. out of 200 which was decided as a part “booking with breakfast”. This was again disappointing. Pets are allowed that is the only good thing. But charge seemed absurd becuase they didn’t offer even a pet bowl or anything. In short, if you are going just to spend night for travel break with your pet, just go and sleep, nothing else can be expected. We paid 1700+ 300 for it and its was worthless. Please dont fall for reviews. We just visited 2 days back.
Pets are allowed. Nothing else. Not recommended.
