IndiaAbsolute no regard for cleanliness both in the room , with dilapidated bed sheets with hole and worn our yellowish bed sheet pillow covers and towels .No toilet paper and or paper napkins ..And this when we booked highest category of the room -Suite Deluxe In the breakfast served with lumps of butter and jam from previous day servings in big pans !!!! No fresh fruits ..not done for the price charged for the room tariff !

IndiaThere was no lift in this hotel which is badly needed for senior citizen. Party arranged with loud music on the top floor upto 12.30 am created painful experience to other boarders.
Location is excellent. Fooding is very good. Breakfast was awsome. Behavior of hotel personals are exceptionally good. Ranjit Manna, one of our attendants was really good and helpful.

IndiaService is very slow,You guys took 40 minutes to serve 4 veg sandwiches in room, 1 hr to serv lunch in your restaurant even when i place order before 20 min from my room , You guys take 35 minutes to take off my luggage from my room to Reception So everything is good but the service is redicules we are about to saty one more day in your resort but after that service we all chang our decision.

Wide and airy rooms with cleaned bathroom, parking facilities, food really good in taste. Comp. breakfast having lots of choice. location - it's on the sea beach but far from Mandarmani city. Cool and calm place.

IndiaFurniture and fixtures needs renovation. Pool cleaning is required daily as people are eating and drinking alongside pool making water dirty. Pool discipline is required to be maintained.

It's not a large breed pet 🐶 friendly resort. There is no space for pets. They charge RS 500/- for pet, but no service is available. Food is good but highly expensive, though the raw materials are available in cheap rate. Steam rice (small quantity) RS 130/- Dub chingri (small 3 pieces) RS 650/- single piece medium pomfret RS 300/- etc. Bathroom is dirty and they charge GST on the total price including food, though there is the Honourable Supreme court order, 'No GST will be applicable '. They know only money. They are not concerned with the services.

Food quality was also not upto the mark of it's cost. It should be little lower. Bedcovers and blanket covers were dirty.

IndiaThere was nothing to like at all. We booked the room seeing the view and room quality on the website. But in reality it was the worst situation a person can be in. Untidy room unclean bed sheets with third grade room quality. On the top the food was horrible. Spending one night in this property was a nightmare. It was the worst experience a person can go through.
