Source of disappointment Unfortunately, my positive experience has been overshadowed by the billing issue. The room rent was overcharged, and when I raised and escalated the matter, there has been no clear commitment on the timeline for my refund. This lack of resolution is frustrating, especially after such a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Positives during the stay Overall, my time at the property was very well spent. There were no issues during the stay — everything ran smoothly. The food spread was excellent, offering a good variety and quality that we truly enjoyed.

One of the staff (lady) was very rude. However, the mistake was from our side. During the family get-together (20 people), one child broke a small tumbler aquarium by mistake. I went and apologised and asked what can we do about it. This particular staff went on accusing and made a big scene in front of all the guests. Felt very uncomfortable. She could have shown some grace in handling the situation (I apologised at least 5 times and asked how can we rectify the mistake)

Unfortunately this amazing experience was reduced slightly by a few issues during this stay. During one of our breakfast, our allocated seat (at the point of entering the restaurant) was given away to another guest as we were taking our breakfast, leading to a slightly awkward moment of trying to find another seat to be allocated with a plate full of food. The other incident was that of the wall plugs that were in the room, the two by the desk did not work(only 1 plug left by the and it ended up with an extension cable to make up for the faulty plugs provided by the maintenance staff rather than a change of room. The last issue was that we paid for ironing services for the Saree but when we got it back the pleats of the dress were not pressed at all, looking like how we handed it to the staff. They also argued that the pressing would take till evening the next day when their own laundry/ironing sheet states that all ironing will be returned within an hour of collection.

Amazing location, located right next (walking for 3 mins) to Orion Mall. Amazing staff! We arrived early, was served by Ajanta who worked the front desk and right from the start she worked to try and improve our stay by providing an early check in free of charge as well as offering 2 cups of latte knowing that we took a long flight prior. She also sorted out the room charge issues as there were significant differences in the prices which thankfully resolved with the original price. She continued to check in intermittent with her own phone to make sure that things were going fine and remembered us right from the offset. When we struggled to put on the Saree,for an event, for my missus, she went out of her way to help arrange for a colleague (Safia)to help! All free of charge! The room also had a dedicated housekeeping staff who were ready to provide any required amenities that ran out. The included breakfast buffet was amazing too! We had initially thought there was a tipping culture for all the service and guest experiences but when we tried to tip her or any staff, they promptly declined and instead asked that we write them a good review.

Sheraton should think a bit towards modernising infrastructure. For example, TV could have more options around ott streaming.

Prime location for a staycation within city limits. Being located next to Orion Mall is a great advantage as you have umpteen options to eat and drink. Plus if you want a leisure activity you can indulge in some retail therapy! Rooms were spacious and could accommodate an extra bed and leave room to move around. In fact, this is one of the largest rooms I have been in, within the city. Breakfast spread was more than decent with options for all.

I did not like the small dry cactus pot the hotel has put on the FEAST tables... Cactus plant gives negative energy.. And The Chole curry& Paneer curry had too much masala..It was very spicy.. Even on DND switched on..staff was disturbing..by knocking.

Slightly away form the hassle and bustle of the city; more a corporate hotel but was fine.
