Swimming pool is very small, and not ok with our expectations, it is near to Mandrem beach other locations are may by 11 to 18 KM (or more) far from this place, it is in a remote/interior place, getting near by restaurants or shops will be difficult. only few small cafe's. we have stayed for three nights Even they did not ask us to give the key for cleaning the room or toilets or changing the bed sheets or pillow cover. Night we could hear the sounds of rats playing cricket/football on the ceiling. They have given the 4th Floor rooms. please note NO LIFT FACILITY IS AVAILABLE. Pool is next to a Paddy field so lot of insects could see swimming along with you. take care.

Staffs could have been more active and the place does have some bugs. Can't blame though it's because of its location.

With price this low and a place this beautiful for me it's not just a deal but a steal. Great ambiance, calm place and pretty much all the facilities one could ask for plus a swimming pool. What else can you expect.

Bathroom had mud in it. Faucets were leaking. Big opening in the bathroom not covered by mesh or any covering, no AC remote. Room was next to food service area so TV was always at high volume. Average food, veg was fine but non veg wasn't great

This place is far from city , the prices are lower but there is no use as the place is very far, basically village ..there is no use of your looking at rates as the taxi fare is much high from this place around 1500

The room kitchen is almost unequipped with any utensils. There is only an induction, nothing else. On asking, we were provided with one pan and few spoons, dishes, and a knife. Cleanliness could have been better. Room service is poor. We had cleaning just once in 7 days. You need to tell them in advance when to clean, and so it was not proactive from their side. The restaurant kitchen was a mess. Cannot believe the food was being prepared there. It was stinking like garbage. Could'nt even depend on them for clean water as the puriefier was inside this dirty kitchen, and insects and flies were all over the place.

The rooms are nice, apart from the kitchen - which is not so great. The location is nice, although far from the city.

There is no any auto or transport service to the hotel. Coz it is far away from the beaches. You have to take rental scooty for travel... apart from this everything was so perfect... hotel staff is very kind... would like to visit again.

Swimming pool is available for all. Best place for stay. Everything is good.
