Not great for people with mobility issues due to steep access to hotel as well as rooms. Limited refreshments on offer. Constant pestering from staff either by phone or knocking on the door to room.

There were lots of flies. One time it entered our bedroom and had to call the receptionist to get rod of it. Also the septic tank is located near the parking and the smell was bad. The breakfast buffet could have had non veg items too. Also the dinner buffet is overpriced and didn’t have enough non veg items so I had to drive 8 kms down to a decent hotel.

The location, cleanliness of room and surroundings, friendly staff. Great romantic climate coupled with the resort area made it great. Breakfast buffet was great.

Though the staff are very friendly and do their best, the staff count is very low compared to the crowd at the resort. 1). Not able to get a tea or coffee between 6 and 7:30am; no one is pickings up the calls because they are all busy preparing breakfast and cleaning common areas. As a guest, it's a very painful experience without proper tea and coffee in such a nice morning climate. 2). There is a heavy rush in breakfast and dinner hours, and staff are not able to manage because there are very few staff, and at one point I vacated the dining hall on Sunday dinner.

The location is awesome, just crossing the Tamil Nadu border. Also, the drive between resorts and Munnar town is a great place to drive. We don't need to plan any other side seeing that nice road to drive and see the location.

The upgrade to a superior room, "The Crown Suite" was a big disappointment. No balcony view. Dark coloured sloping roof seriously affected the lighting in the room. Wash room should have hair drier. For a three four storeyed property a lift is a must. On top of that open stairs during rains is a nightmare to come down to the dining area with all wet floor and steps.

It was very good, with a scope for improvement.

Very nice location with an amazing view and the staff was very caring and polite, we could feel at home! The hotel is having an infinite pool that we could use during the morning, couldn't expect better than this.

I took a trip the hotel provides I had to turn back 5km into the trip as I forgotten something. At the end of the trip the driver demanded more money than agreed the hotel staff didn't help me or even reason with them cause I know they get commission from each trip . I just felt the staff should have done more to help its guests instead of standing there silent . The location is in the middle of nowhere 15km away from munnar town you don't have a choice but to take these over priced drivers the hotel provides. I was going to extend my stay there but I went to a different hotel in munnar Town

1. There was a constant urine smell on the first day on the corridor of our room (a5) and worse part is when we called in to the reception, they said it’s not possible. 2. The bathroom clogged up multiple times. 3. When asked for heater for both the rooms, got one for one room and was said they don’t have any more.
