We absolutely loved our stay with Jackson. We were originally going to stay in Alleppey, but ended up booking Jackson’s place because of the great reviews. We had a lovely couple of days - he’s put so much care into the place and makes you feel instantly at home The room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable with great linens. We would recommend Jackson’s place to anyone, the hospitality is next to none and he is a lovely host to get to know!

Electricity got cut off a few times, but very short moments.

Loved everything

Jackson was an extremely helpful and welcoming host. He went out of his way to assist us with the best canoeing, backwaters trip, ayurvedic massage and booking our train tickets up north. We never would have been able to do this otherwise. His English was impeccable. The homestay was perfectly located practically on the most beautiful beach, with a great cafe next door. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The traditional Keralan breakfast Jackson made was yummy. We wanted to stay an extra night it was so lovely, but unfortunately the rooms were booked out. Jackson found us another lovely homestay right next door. We would highly recommend Shoreline and would love to return. Marari ⛱️ ⛱️ 🏖️ is magic 🤩

Good size clean room,working A/C , good WiFi, very close to the beach,warm,helpful and friendly host ( and his sisters).One evening they made a tasty dinner for us( tuna in banana leave).Gave us an advise on where to eat,where to buy beer( even offered to buy it himself),etc. At the same time we had our privacy . Very pleased with the stay and highly recommend to others

Everything! Location on the beach was perfect. The room was great, with a lot of extras. The outside sitting area has a table and comfortable furniture. There were restaurants close by. Our host Jackson was very kind and helpful. He even made us dinner one evening.

Nothing, everything was perfect

This is one of the best home stays we have stayed at in over a year and a half of traveling! Jackson and his 2 sisters are amazing. The place is super clean and the food they prepare is amazing! There’s a beautiful spot on the roof for doing your morning yoga with an ocean view! Only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area! Great little beach restaurants all with in walking distance! If your looking for the best place to stay in the area look no further, Jackson is the best and he will do whatever he can to make your stay more enjoyable ❤️ He booked our houseboat for our backwater trip as well! To too it all off there is the cutest puppies there for you to cuddle Thankyou again for everything we will definitely be back to stay! Directly at the beach. The rooms are as pretty as you can see on the booking photos and are VERY VERY clean. With nice details in the decoration. Plus, he has an AC and hot water! And the breakfast is great. This is a home stay which warmed our heart. There are two accommodation in this property. So it’s very private. It is a family run home and from the second we arrived we felt like friends and very welcome - but had all the privacy we needed. Every one there took care of us in the loveliest way. And they were sooo helpful and friendly and respectful and made our stay so comfortable and easy. We stayed here for 3 nights and wanted to extend, but it was booked. But even when we checked out and went to another location Jackson greeted us every day and had a chat with us. I got sick on one day and they helped me with tea and medicine and kind words. I could go on and on about how lovely they are 😍 Thank you Jackson, you and your sisters are wonderful!

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

The property has two double rooms surrounded by a veranda so we really had the place to ourselves. It was also on the beach and our host helped with anything he could.

Nothing - it was perfect!

This is such a special place that Jackson and his sisters have created with such love and care - the best homestay in our whole trip! Such a clean, spacious room with AC and fan; loads of seats to chill on and a hammock to enjoy your morning in. But Jackson and his sisters are the real gems here - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and lovely. Such delicious food and masala chai each morning for breakfast. Recommending delicious restaurants nearby and sorting us out umbrellas for the day on the beach for a really reasonable price. Absolutely will be recommending to anybody who comes this way. Also, Marari beach is stunning, near deserted, and so clean. It was genuine paradise.

The host, Jackson is really helpful and very friendly! Helps you organise airport transfers, taxis and even backwater trips at good prices too. The location is excellent, right at the beach, and quiet, surrounded by nature. Swimming was nice and the beach is stunning. The room was really clean and nice too, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. Really recommend this stay :)

Everything was about as good as can be. The host, Jackson, is a great guy that knows his business and takes great care of his guests. Additionally, he is giving out info on where to go, what restaurant is worthwile and when the trains are coming/going. It was a lovely stay!!!
