There is no Wifi around the Pool and Treehouse area. The location, a little far out, which worked for us since we had work locally but might not be suitable for all. payment mode, the card was not accepted and we had to pay in cash. The room needs updating. The A/c leaked, the Satellite channel did not work and there was dampness in the room.

Staff. What sets this resort apart is the professionalism of its staff. very courteous, honest and will do everything within authority to make your stay pleasant.

Food is expensive... One small coke they charged me rs. 100. Apart from very tiny bathroom with lizards in it.. People are not even caring to carry the luggage to the parking sincere it is from the room.. Difficult for transportation. ..

They alloted room no 401 The room was not clean i shared the pic there is no extention line if u need anything u have to call through your mobile some time no network difficult to call housekeeping staff matress is very old spring is coming outside

The site booking.com doesn't provide details of extra bed, if needed in the room. With 5 persons, I had to book 3 rooms, which otherwise, for a family like ours, could have been completed in just 2 rooms with one extra bed in one of the rooms. Reachability to the rooms - Taking Taxi near to the room is not possible because of landscape. You finally need to walk with luggage. With old age mother, it was difficult. Parking of cars - You need to park your vehicle at the reception in the beginning. You can't park it near to the rooms. Swimming pool - Need to be made available to the quests with defined timings. It required cleaning when we reached. Gym is non functional. Requires repair. In the indoor games, e.g. Snooker - there was only one stick to paly around. Carom didnt have complete set of coins. Missing Lifts to go to higher floors. Old page mother, needed 2-3 people to personally carry it through the stairs. As a medidation centre, many of the guests must be old age people only, requiring lifts. Non- functioning of Air conditioners in one of the rooms. Non functioning of the Fridge in 2 of the 3 rooms. Even the intercom was non functional in one of the rooms.

Food was really good. Property, in itself, is good. Calm and quite.

The location is a bit towards the interior nd during night journey it becomes difficult to cover the area

Dirty water in Swimming pool. Staff behaviour was good to clean water but process was not enough to clean water timely. Please upgrade cleaning process and showers and fountains of swimming pool.

Only the taste of food and options during breakfast

It was a very peaceful, quite, holistic and beautiful property. The staff was very very helpful and goes to any extend to help their guests... The food options and taste can be improved. Rest evrything was great it is also a pet friendly property . Also it is quite far around 15 km from dehradun city so for anything urgent it's lil difficult to get.

The best resort (ShriGo resort )I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Place is full of positive energy.Also, they are one of few resorts that allow pets stay which is commendable. Last but not the least care takers are so down to earth you feel like visiting this place again and again. Best wishes 🙏🏻
