Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When checked in, staff was very helpful but when i was checking out i had 4 luggage bags and i was carrying them, no staff offered help. When i entered staff ran to me offering help to carry bags but not when checking out

Location was not ideal if you are out for a walk. Too risky crossing the busy road. Shopping wasn’t as close as mentioned.
Staff service, food was brilliant. A lady from the reception was very helpful in finding other restaurants.

They Charged me for breakfast even after having the copy of the boking where in it was clearly mentioned breakfast was included. Reception Staff is very curt and arrogant

Food prices are very expensive for a city like Ahmedabad. The location is not very good if a person feel like having food outside or shop he has to walk/auto to 1km atleast.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyday they will clean the room. And change towels and re-fill water bottles. They have in house restaurant and room service and round the clock snacks that you can order anytime. They allow unmarried couples.

The FrontDesk executives were loud, delayed the check-in process, took 40mins for check-in because they were busy in something else.
The rooms were big, clean and cozy. The location is good.

for 4 star hotel room is very dirty.. I’ve ordered food, spent 10 min to explain that it should be without chilli and got extremely spicy food with chilli.. they cancelled it, thanks to them, but time was waisted and mood too and for breakfast for me there were only fruits, so next breakfast I didn’t even attend in the room with road view you will hear all traffic I’ve asked and they changed my room for back side, and it was quiet the check out time is 9am which is weird and inconvenient. After asking 5 times, they made check out time 11.30.

The staff was not cooperative and they charged Rs 11500 for 3 nights in which breakfast wasn’t included . For this type of property it’s absolutely not worth. Value for money is zero

Staff feels over crowded and least concered about guest. Location is very odd and far from the local market place for food and snacks. Mostly this facility is occupied by the office and sales persons i feel which makes nuisance and noisy.
Near to Airport. Rooms and bathrooms are bigger size. On the main road and easy to find the local transport to reach airport. Rooms are cleaner and Beds are comfortable.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall room was very dirty
I really liked the location of the hotel.
