We didn't like box loud speakers sound by a big business group sometimes during night. Food supplies to cottages were disturbed during the presence of the big group specially for aged persons it was difficult to go to restaurant during lunch and dinner for the distance between cottage and restaurant. The resort needs a professional touch in food preparation for different choices of customers.

Liked the ambience. But we were disturbed due to presence of a big group making much sound using box loud speakers for their event during night. Otherwise it was a great experience for us as aged persons since we like calm and cool ambience.

Breakfast was very good. Lunch was excellent. Most importantly behaviour of the staffs was good. They have taken extra care for us specially for arranging breakfast early in the morning. We are really very happy staying over there, quite peaceful.

Bathroom curtains ought to be replaced by glass enclosures. Towels should be replaced after over usage. Bugs and insects may be a problem for some visitors.

Warmth of the friendly and courteous staff cover all other flaws. Entire premises is maintained very well. A bit more lights after dusk can be beneficial.

Very spacious, good location, comfortable stay, nice food. Special mention of the cafeteria staff, Ms Anushila, Ms Shiksha who were exceptional in their hospitality. The Chefs and housekeeping staff are very good.

The property was very nice but however to give it a five star rating I would suggest 1. Change the color of the cottages and the centre area to shuttle colours like white . 2. Keep the bar loaded with eatables as the refrigerator was empty. 3. The quality of toiletries can also be improved to meet the standard which Sinclair’s is known for . 4. Should do something about the monkeys as they are a nuisance specially with the kids.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The suite was very comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities with great views

The condition of the room. More than 60% of the walls had peeling off damp patches with mould. Rooms in this condition should never be offered to guests. The toilet bowl was stained and not cleaned properly b4 room offered to us. Was cleaned after we insisted on it. Very disheartened to see the state of the facilities. Not worth the tariff charged.

Tours booked from hotel could be bit cheaper, quantity of food served in room service could be improved,it's pretty less compared to the price charged.

The safari to the neighbouring wildlife reserve was not the most exciting!!!

The staff behaviour and responsiveness was unexpected. Arnav and team went out of way to make arrangements on being told about the upcoming birthday of my daughter. The Spa was also excellent. The hotel is very reasonably priced, considering what it has to offer.

half of the property was under construction. it’s a big property and you go not have any internal transportation facilities and you have to walk all the way long to avail any of the facilities.
