The long walk to the room from reception up and down was tiring more of an exercise.

The breakfast was excellent except when we had to check out at 7AM for the airport we asked for a breakfast as parcel that was substandard. The staff was very courteous and supportive especially of one staff Mr. Swastik who made our stay very comfortable and hospitable.

Breakfast for adult is good. However, there wasn’t a choice for the kids. The breakfast made available are mostly spicy which my kid couldn’t eat. Hence, it would have been meat on the bone if there were kid’s food/breakfast menu.

The value for money. The facilities seem to be comparatively costly. The room allotted to us could have a better balcony view. Swimming pool needs to be maintained with more cleanliness.

In the breakfast there should be some more options in breads, pastries, sweet dishes, salads. Location of the resort is very good. Staffs are very cordial & helpfull.

Breakfast was very good. Location is very nice, peaceful and away from the hustle bustle of Kalimpong. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Chef is very good and takes extra care of guests. Waiters are exceptional.

Dinner starts late. Before 19.30 yoy can't order a meal. The hotel rooms have no ac only a fan. In this catergory hotel we expected a prover air conditioning.

The hotel is beautifull with well kept gardens. The staff is very friendly. The big rooms are clean and contained all you need. The swimmingpool was big enough and had a nice view. The food was great! More than enough choices.

Checkout was a bit lengthy process; in our case only one customer was in front of us, but still took half hour to finish! Not sure how this will function in a hotel busy season

Location - too far from the Main Road area, especially for a short stay. Hotel wasn’t able to arrange a taxi for us to return from the Main Road area in the night. There’s no wifi in the room. The mattress was too soft. Even the pillows were too soft. The approach road is in a bad condition (although not sure what the hotel can do about this).

Littles things gave us the feeling that the place has been run down. Pool was dirty. TT racquets were completely worn out. Key cards were wrapped in tape.
