The photos on the site are misleading and should be taken off immediately. The place is old and not maintained, crawling with cockroaches Bedsheets are not changed and the fittings are all falling off. They have no breakfast provisions yet the charged and there are no refunds for the same

First of all have booked this property via. Fab Hotels. Fab Hotels and Booking.com gave me some coupons so using that I had availed good discount on the actual price. But on arival at hotel owner refused to onboard me saying that I will not accept the discounted price and started abusing me. What's the point in abusing me as customer I will avail all the coupons available it's his responsibility to remove any offer if he is not willing to give. He made me to pay extra amount and then only onboarded me. Even after providing exact amount room was in very bad condition. Bedsheet were smelling badly. No maintenance on washroom too it was yakk. Will suggest not to book this facility owner is most arrogant guy. Staff is polite they will treat you properly when owner is not around.

I had a booking with full payment but at the property they didn’t have my booking. Had to call costumer service and had to communicate with property manager and costumer service guy. Then they solve their internal issue. This all thing happened at 2 in night.

it’s a shady property with all sorts of OYO things happening. Avoid

the property wasn’t clean at all. bedsheets were torn, bathroom fittings were broken, insects roaming around, floor not clean, AC barely working and a waste of money. i had booked breakfast including but at checkout the staff didn’t ask me nor did i bother to ask them as I wasn’t sure of the quality of food as well. really an indecent place for work related stays.
