We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

1. Very comfortable stay at an affordable cost. 2. The behaviour of all the staff was excellent 3. Food was amazing.Just as if it is homemade. 4. Location is also very good We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this location for leisure , business , medical or other reasons. IndiaBathrooms cleanliness needs lot of improvement. Bathroom hot water is an issue, as it is Solar, they say itz dual power (Solar + Electric), but outcome issue of getting hot water in Taps. Rooms to be cleaned daily by default, not on request.
Location is good, Staff Mr. Veeramani has provided good hospitality.

United KingdomSpent 2 nights here and on both nights there were issues 1. We were woken up in the early morning on THREE separate occasions by door bells and phone calls by staff answering to the wrong room. This was despite telling the first person it was the wrong room 2. We only had 1 towel to share between two and when we asked for a second towel, it took 3 calls to receive it because the staff once again went to the wrong room 3. Took 20+ mins to check in with staff reading each line of the passport/visa/OCI and typing it into the computer only to take a photocopy of the document right after!?? 4. The shower didn't have any hot water 5. Basic amenities like bodywash are missing and the hairdryer did not work 6. No housekeeping
