IndiaThe lift never worked during our stay... Had to carry our baggage up 2 floors. They asked me to pay extra at the reception, which later upon inspecting there invoice found out of some commission which they wanted to charge me. But I stuck to the booking amount and they yielded.
During booking was promised complementary breakfast but after booking and at the property was told that there was no such thing.
