I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Smuggler. It’s a very nice hotel, the food here is delicious, there’s a swimming pool and a playing area. I will definitely stay here again next time and will surely recommend it to others in the future.

The way to smuggler is a. Bit task to come as the lane gets very narrow and steep and with scorpio if a car comes from opposite side it gets tough to reverse

Initially the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, they eventually asked me to switch rooms and everything was great thereafter. Apart for the room the rest of the place looks a bit run down and the pictures aren't that accurate.

Room and view was beautiful, one of the best I've seen in my life. So surreal. Room was clean, bathroom and toilet in good working order. Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms look exactly as they are shown in the pictures.

Stay, hygiene, location, food, room and anything and everything you can ask for was just the best. But the highlight was service which was just awesome. All the staff including (Nikhil and Ayush - because I only recall these names 😉) were just fabulous. Always attending and friendly. Whenever get a chance would definitely go for stay again. Chappatis were made from fine flour not whole wheat not good for senior citizens like me.

All facilities and view from the hotel were excellent.Staff and manager was courteous and helpful.Food was also OK the only problem was the chappatis should be made from whole wheat and not maida ie fine flour as it creates health problems for senior citizens like me

Beautiful stay with top class view , room were spacious , neat and clean with a balcony having top class view. Food was to good . They have lot of indoors games like Table Tanis , pool table ,chess and lawn , gym ,disco . Highly recommended.

Really very amazing stay at hotel smugglers. We are come to Manali for chill out . So we decided that we should choose a hotel which has all the activities in hotel only because we come to Manali or relax and we find everything here more than our expectations. We enjoy a lot there gaming zone and bonfire and music at there lawn. Room size is very good with all amenities . Food was good, service 10 out of 10. All over everything is good.

Only downside is when it is snowing and its slippery , normal vehicles are not allowed bcoz it is little uphill. So we had to take 4x4 everytime from mall road which is little costly .

Beautiful stay with mind blowing views , property was having all the amenities like games room , gym , central heating , lawn with sitting , rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony having lovely views . Food was good too . Hidimba devi temple is 10 mins walk and mall road 20 mins. Also the Staff was polite and helpfull.
