Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some hanging facility should be provided for clothes in the bathroom behind the door may be and also on the walls in the room. The dustbin should be placed in dry area rather than placing it below the washbasin which makes it wet and unhygienic.
Location was great as the property was surrounded by greenary. The entire property and rooms were maintained with cleanliness. The staff was very supportive and co-operative. Mr. Prathamesh who is the care taker is very soft spoken and offered us a great hospitality.

No mirror in the wash room, no glasses to drink water in the room.
The property is located off the main road .... a small but very Peaceful and Quiet place ! Focus is on service, cleanliness & quality of food. Mornings greet you with the chirping of birds in the greenery which is everywhere .... in and around Hotel Snehprabha ! Hammocks tied around Beetel nut trees area are just perfect to relax and catch the spirit of the place. We had great conversation with the owner of the property Mr Prasad Mhatre, who also happens to be a cyber security expert ! Special word of mention for the property Manager Mr Prathmesh, for his caring service. Thanks once again for the wonderful time we had !

Should have mirror, geyser in the washroom. Although hot water is available 24 hours by traditional ways.
Location was funtastic in a very peaceful location and 15 mins from the Naigaon beach. Positive Vibes of the location Neat and tidy place Hammock tied to trees in the beatle nut orchard in the backyard. Very friendly owner, you feel like at home. Excellent service provided by the manager Prathamesh. Must visit in Naigaon

For the price of around INR 5500, the in-room facilities were quite lacking. There were no toiletries provided, and the washroom did not meet expectations, with rusted taps and piping due to salt water. Basic amenities like a water kettle, complimentary tea bags, and coffee pouches were missing, and only two 500ml water bottles were provided. Additionally, the in-house restaurant had very limited options. The bed mattress was too hard, whereas hotels usually provide a comfortable and soft mattress for a good night's sleep.
The property is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It is clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

We liked the welcoming, calm and cool headed nature of manager Mr. Prathamesh Mhatre. We were allowed to check-in at night 11:30 pm. He served the breakfast and lunch on time, food was fresh and good. The room was up to the mark, very neat clean well maintained fully furnished good interior design of the property. Lots of greenery and calmness around, peaceful surrounding. Also Mrs. Prachi the owner co-ordinated politely with us on the phone. Excellent service overall. Loved staying here.

The properties is not near the beach but in the booking.com it was mentioned that it is near the beach. It's location is set near the beach in Google map but it's actual location is far from beach Rooms are not spacious.Atleast not like 3k per night.Its a small room. Also the food price are too high for this hotel. Considering the hotel location and room quality it shouldn't not be more than 2k per night.. This hotel doesn't have any restaurant..it orders from other restaurants and makes the food overpriced
