It’s a quiet place and it had a good view of the forest.

The staff especially Kishore was very warm And cordial and went out of the way to keep us comfortable. The service boys were excellent and had lots of patience in serving us.

We should have stayed a bit longer.

So peaceful and relaxing. The lemon basil and honey tea when we arrived was just the pick-me-up we needed after the long drive and set scene of calm and serenity. The nature all around us was such a lovely experience.

Hard to find the property at first, could be better signage

The property itself is set in a magical location overlooking the peaceful and tranquil Nilgiris forest. The hotel staff especially the manager Kishore were so welcoming and hospitable, going above and beyond to accommodate our every need. When we were feeling sick, Kishore went out of his way to take us to the doctor, translate for us and ensure we had all the appropriate medications. He made helped make our stay so memorable and we will never forget his kind hospitality and service. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful time away in an immaculate location with generous service!
