The room maintenance is very poor. Especially the bath rooms. The shower tub is broken in many placess, tiles are brokens, wash basins have more than 50 cracks, doors are very poor maintenance.

Bed was not very comfortable. Noise aircorn. Could be more cleaner. Access to the beach was restricted due to water logging.

Seaview cottage closest to the ocean

We had a few mishaps with our room. The hotel manager was very obliging to assist with our issues & compensated us by providing a complimentary lunch & dinner, in which we were very grateful. Highly recommended to eat in restaurant, as the food was absolutely delicious & the young waiter there provides 1st class service! Our stay ended up being pleasant. The gate to the private beach is closed, however, this is understandable as the majority of domestic visitors can't swim. We used the stairs on the side of the resort to access this clean beach for a swim. The resort has a lovely view of the ocean.

The hotels a little bit old and tired and could do with a good clean, the balcony was also very unusable as the air conditioning made it far too hot and unusable but it wasn't a massive problem as we spent most of the time in the beach

Great location lovely private beach in the restaurant jolly was the best member of staff going and looked after our every need beyond belief, also at night keep an eye out for the flying fox bats they are amazing and if you get a chance go to the local fish market

Cleanliness of rooms. The light sockets were black not white with finger grease over the years. New linen didn’t smell fresh or even look clean (old linen with old stains). Moved into lovely hut at the front of hotel but the windows hadn’t been cleaned in about a year!!! When I asked for them to be cleaned so we could see the view the cleaner came and rubbed window with cloth. I’m had to clean them myself with water - it worked…… great view

The room was tatty and very basic. Overpriced and nasty. The shower room was smelly old and small. The balcony was unusable as the air con mechanism was noisy and pumped out hot air onto the already hot balcony ( no shade) The whole building is shabby tatty and uncared for. So disappointing given the location.

Location was great and access to a beautiful beach was fab. I was so disappointed with my room that I complained and was moved to a room called the cottages - one of 5 lovely room slightly separate from the building with a beautiful veranda and view of the beach. IF you are lucky enough to get one of these rooms it’s great, but if not don’t stay here.

Difficulty in parking. Private beach small and you have to get down lot of steps to reach beach.
