IndiaThe room's walls have lots of seepage, even a bathroom wall needs maintenance. Rooms are dusty especially near the tv cabinet and t.c.m area. The shower diverter is so hard and not easy to open.

Very good location just beside the river. The room and linen were decent and clean. The buffet breakfast had sufficient varieties. Check-in and check-out were smooth, hassle-free. All calls were answered very promptly by the housekeeping staff.

IndiaDear Sonar Bangla, It was a nice stay with Hotel Sonar Bangla. But I want to mention some points which I faced during the stay. The property is now under maintenance. Resturant is not ready and we had to take food at our room. This is not expected and not hygienic in my point of view. Food quality is really average. For example the evening snacks was too salty to eat.Apart from this we have enjoyed the moments. Thanks 🙏

IndiaThe staff did not come to pickup the plates. The plates were there until the next day until we checked out. The hotel charged cgst and sgst on packaged drinking water of total 80 RS which has MRP of 30 RS only. I am filing a lawsuit against this improper billing.

IndiaProperty is huge, with large rooms, but they are not well maintained. Mosquitoes!! Also, the rooms should have been built closer to the river for enabling better view from the rooms/balconies. Swimming pool area is not maintained properly. Breakfast was not impressive
