How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Resort is located near famous hadmiba Temple.Staff was very friendly and warm.The owner sahil made us feel like home and quite welcoming. Property was breathtaking with apples trees . Cottage was very spacious and food was scrumptious.

Had great stay at Sparsh for 2 days. Clean, bright rooms in a great location. We had nice morning round trip walk to Hadimba temple. Owner Sahil gave excellent tips on Manali sight seeing. Staff Badal took care of all our needs few times even without asking. Delicious and healthy breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel in Manali. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the remarkable service - every staff we interacted with was courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. The food was delicious with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the hotel helped us arrange local day tours with cabs which made exploring Manali easier and stress-free. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manali.

Property is really amazing and clean…food is the best part of the stay…I loved all the food I ordered…it’s located 3kms from Manali bus stand …walking would be tough coz it’s steep…as it was snowing when I was there it was blissful moment by staying at -6*c …it’s best stay for solo travellers n friends…smoking allowed and staff are so friendly that you don’t have to go out for ur things they provide it

Aproaching way to the property should be well explained in map so that it could be easily located. In snow weather parking place should be cleared by staff so that cars can come out easily without skidding to the main road.

It's the issue with overall Manali resorts that hard to locate the resort but team helped us to guide to reach there. cannot depend on google all the time.
The Stay was excellent and it was more than expected for the money we spent. That includes the room rent and also very reasonable price for food. The staff if just amazing response for every small ask. Overall I am very happy for the stay and would rate 10 of 10.
