Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Away from Sea. Room was smaller than shown in the picture. The approach road is broken. The parking is open road side parking on concrete rubbish. Breakfast spread and quality could be improved.
The behavior of the staff. Quiet stay. Value for money. Can view the top of Jagannath temple from the balcony.

Menu card is placed in room but food had to be brought from outside. For breakfast you need to inform a day advance. I asked to provide 4 bottles of water in the night of 26th it was not provided. TV was not functioning in one room. They kept me waiting for service to attend other guests. Staff insufficient to attend guests at a time.
Room was good. Staffs were more or less polite and good.

It is pretty near the beach but the surrounding neighborhood was not up to the mark. With too many dogs crying and quarreling, it was very tough to sleep during the night. The road nearby was in very bad shape. Tough to ride a bike through it. The air conditioning could have been better. Felt very warm sometimes even with the ac running at 17° temperature.
The staffs were just outstanding. Always greeting with a smile. The room was decent, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was neat and clean.

More items should be added in the breakfast menu. Location is not so good, It is not properly sea facing, this is bit disappointing. Room service is not good.

cleanliness. bathrooms have spider webs which needs to be clean atleast once a 15 days. Bucket n mug in bathroom has become black due to long dust, it shud be washed once in 15 days atleast. We prefer to use shower but hot n cold mix was not constant although kept the same setting. Towel had blood strain on it. No one replaced our bathroom wet carpet which was done by people staying previously.
Treebo is a trusted brand in south and I have been using it for quite sometime. Price was quite affordable for such busy season with food. Buffet food was Upma, Vada, poori with Matar curry, bread with jam n butter. Balcony to sip Tea n enjoy view. Late coming to hotel from long beach walk which is 5-7min walking distance. Courteous staff

Nonstop followup over phone, sms to make advance payment with statements like " temporarily reserved " even after providing credit card details during booking. I will never ever stay at Treebo. Same experience in Treebo trend lazy stay Patia too from 3rd to 6th October. On oneside you state no prepayment needed and do not provide any advance payment option while booking and on the otherhabd, no sooner the booking is done, you start asking advance payment with repeated phone calls and sms. Disgusting experience. Treebo booking is one of the worst experience in my 30 yrs travelling experience. Bunch of jokers in hospitality businesses, thy name isbTreebo trend
