We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaQuite a lot many 1. They have mentioned full board on booking. Com its like a trap they have no kitchen so zero meals provided. U have to order ftom delivery apps 2. Bedsheet n pillow were dirty had to request them quite many times to change. 3. Lifts stop often n one can get stuck in hanging in the middle it was scary for me . 4 rest all passable
A lady staff was helpful till some extent the rest are clueless

The hotel owner is very helpful and the staff is polite. The hotel is well maintained and the facilities are good. The room service is slow to respond and fulfil requests. Other than that it's a decent place for the price.

SerbiaBeautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.
