Maybe this is the first hotel I stayed ,who doesn’t provide blanket . Luckily we had sleeping bags with us so adjusted with it . Room rate is very cheap but they should at least keep the rooms , sheets , pillows and bathrooms clean .

The staff kept us waiting for checkin (35 mns) inspite of prior call about arrival time. Hospitality and courteousness may be he haven't heard of. I requested for towell and soap but I have been given towell only, not a big issue. But on sharing the list of facilities being offered got reply " nothing complimentary , you can complain if you want or get it from market." Pillow covers and bed sheet was with stain marks. Paint of room was ruined. No proper lights only a tubelight. Overall I was not expecting that from a Oyo hotel. .

Pls don't spoiled your reputation with adding oyo hotels in your chain. I am of your customer from last 11 years and booked so many times but I have bad experience this time.As per your deal no prepayment needed but oyo people keep on called and send lot of emails and keep on disturbed by sending payment link.if next time I found oyo hotel I won't be book again through this. Thanks for understanding

I thought the price was good. The services were disappointment. I had to walk up 51 steps with my luggages. No help. No lift. Linen was dirty. I had to shift my room twice because of dirty bed.

The cleanliness, the location, the bathroom, the bedding. The bedspreads, pillows, nothing was good. The strong smell of the garbage waste.

The bed had bedbugs. The sheets were all stained with bloodstains, even the ones which were replaced. The bathroom has running water, but not in the shower. Also, there's no hot water. Don't expect blankets or TV if you haven't paid for them. No WIFI either. Also, their lift doesn't work. You'd have to climb up almost four flights of stairs, which is really difficult with luggage. They don't have any lobby boys.

To start with, this is a budget hotel. We asked for a double room. It came with a double bed, a chair and a table, a couple of lockers, and a bathroom. The location is great. And the bed is soft. If you're in Coimbatore for a couple of days on a really tight budget, and are planning to spend most of your time outdoors, you can go for this hotel. Their only advantage is their price.

Lift doesn't work, stairs are too steep and there are multiple flights. Bed bugs in the mattresses. Hotel doesn't have a generator. There's no geyser in the bathroom. All the bedsheets have bloodstains.

Good location, nothing else to like about this property. It's around the cheapest you can get in this area without staying in a garbage dump.

1: cost of stay with taxes it was 276 in the app and while check inn the receptionist was saying me to pay 325rupees . 2: in this app they showed complimentary breakfast included but the hotel was not providing any breakfast and was saying go and eat outside. 3: while check in the receptionist was like forcing me to pay first as I was so tired I was requesting him first I will check in and will do payment later i wanted much need rest but without paying he was not allowing me to check-in please show some concern towards tourist this is humble request.

1:the room was looking good and regards bed it was comfortable but there were gaps in between bed like small beds joined And overall the room was good.

The facilitates provided in the room were not satisfactory. The bed sheets and pillow were not provided and the already given were in very pathetic condition. They were badly smelling and also torn. The Room was also smelling very badly as there was not exhaust fan in the room and bathroom.

Location of the lodge was nice where I booked the room as it was in the city. The staff at reception was good. Best thing is price point of booking.
