We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe booked OYO Room was not provided at the listed price on OYO APP at the time of check-in .Due to this I had to pay Extra almost double the amount which was confirmed during prior booking.Since the facility is in a distant location from main city I had chosen it only because of its price..I had no other go but to pay extra .please coordinate with your partners to remove the hassles for customers.

IndiaThe location of this hotel is too far from the railway station ... it's better to pay extra and get a hotel closer to the station. But, the reception guy/manager was a cheat, and a liar, and didn't confirm the booking until I was forced to seek help from Oyo. He passed insulting remarks about me belonging to a different state, which is unacceptable!
