IndiaI feel instead of extra mattress for the kids Cots would have been provided as the weather was very cold and sleeping on the floor would be uncomfortable and some leisure activities from would have been more desirable since it is in a remote location and the surroundings are not so developed.
The resort was very beautiful and comfortable too though the final stretch of reaching there was a bit rough as the roads were in bad shape. The staff was very cooperative and courteous. The whole surroundings was serene.

IndiaThe service was not at par with the expectation which I'm assuming was largely due to the inexperience of the staff. The service was highly slow and sometimes confused. I had called up the property a day before of my arrival to communicate my early check-in and was told that the room would be ready. However, even after I reached a couple of hours later (which was their official check-in time) I had to wait for another half and hour as the room was not ready.
The property overall was beautiful, and it's surrounding added to its charm. The fantastic weather added to the natural beauty all around. The food was nice and the staff was courteous.

India1. It is on a road which has potholes for few kilometres 2. The room had strange smell, though it was fine after we got spray done 3. As it's new property there was food serving delays, television not working and not enough channels subscribed, water wasn't hot in morning (though hot water was available in wash basin), buffet isn't yet available for dinner and breakfast had minimal items - I assume this will get better with time 4. Pool is open but I believe it's the case with most properties

VietnamWhen we arrived to the hotel, they asked me for the full payment for our 3 nights’ accommodation. I mentioned that I had just a few days earlier paid 50% as per their email request. Later in the room I started wondering and went through my bank account. Turns out I had already paid 50% some weeks earlier on top of the 50% before our arrival, so now I had paid 50% extra. I had to provide all the payment details to the hotel (they were not in their system) and they could not refund my credit card nor cancel the last payment, but paid the amount to me in cash in the morning of our check out. The staff also said that they would not send out messages asking for payment of deposit. However, I had 5 emails from the hotel via booking.com mail saying that 50% deposit is needed to confirm the room. There were not too many choices near Sariska so that I could have booked something else for the same dates. It is very bad management and communications if the hotel doesn’t know what is the contents of emails (and not one but several) that are being sent in its name.
We had a big room with full windows on one wall which made the room very light. The hotel didn't sell beer in their restaurant but one of the staff went and bought us a few bottles (and we saw other guests also drinking different alcoholic beverages).

United Kingdom1. In one of our rooms we requested for an extra bed during booking and it turned out the "extra bed" is just a mattress on the cold floor. We had to book an additional room, of course with the staff minting the situation for money 2. The bathrooms were simply gross (see the pictures). We requested for new toilet papers and received an abomination (see picture). The towels, pillows and bedcovers had marks everywhere (picture) and were smelly 3. There was loud music with bonfire smoke right outside rooms, going very late into the night, making it impossible to get any sleep 4. The cottage doors didn't lock making us feel quite unsafe at night. Moreover they didn't bother fixing it even after reporting it multiple times 5. The curtain was half torn and again they didn't bother fixing it even after reporting 6. The "road" (if you can call it that) for last 2km to the resort is completely broken and can be quite dangerous after dark, so beware of that
The only thing that we liked about the resort was its proximity to Sariska tiger reserve (20-30mins drive). Other than that it was a disastrous experience through and through. Easily THE worst accommodation we've stayed in recent past.

First of all, I would like to tell everybody that the location is not safe as the road connected with the property from the highway is in a very bad condition / shape. No lights, lonely surrounded by hills, can only travel in day time, don't dare to travel after that and big NO in rainy season. Resort is good but don't have facilities like dormitory, like conveyance outside if you want to go outside in any emergency. towels looks used and old. Property claims to be only one year old but rooms are average not worth spending 10,000 for one night, not worth at all. I changed my room but done only compromise. you are fully depend on resort restaurant for food. Not much options are available in food menu. Food taste and Quality average. Did not get hot water in taps. Room cost should not be more than 5000/- / night for 2 person. Caution for travellers - Dont dare to go to the place if you have kids or otherwise also after sunset. Advise for Hotel - See I have never heard about anything about spree resorts. From google I came to know. Only seen pics of greenary and decided not done much survey But I want to give Spree resort one advise specifically for Spree resort at Sariska, Alwar that if you want your property to be ranked excellent you need to do the following things: 1. Road connected with the property should be maintained properly, lightened and safe. 2. More facilities should be there like vehicle facility. 3. Addition of Food items in the current menu. 4. Toiletries' like towels should be replaced completely. 5. Pricing should be according to conditions of room and proper facilities available.

Everything is good but I feel like it is overpriced. Apart from the swimming pool there is nothing to do. The food was good and tasty. Staff was relatively new and ok. The problem is there is no place to explore except tiger Safari and you only stay there just for the same reason so the price is a bit higher.

NetherlandsWe as a family (a couple and 1 daughter of 20 years) liked our stay at the spree resort very much. Breakfast very good and dinners to. A lovely pool (but cold since it is beginning of the month februari) with daybeds around the pool. There is a game room and a green field to amuse the guests. The property is 3 months old so the rooms were very new and proper. There is a terrace with chairs and a table in front of the bungalow style rooms. Also there are seats in the grass between the rows of bungalows and apartment. Themproperty arranges the excursion into Sariska Tiger Reserve. They also can arrange for a massage in the room, they work with a masseur ( dry good) from the village. Al the employees are very friendly and they want to make the customers happy. In the evening it was quite cold but they instantly brought heaters. When it rained they brought umbrellas! So thanks a lot mr. Sanjay Ramin, mr. Jitendra, mr. Updendra, mr. Rahul, mr. Arum Singh and mr. Prabhu Meena and all the other employees who took care of us so well! We hope to come back someday!
