The living room and balcony are sharing and not to yourself. We visited for our anniversary but no complimentary decorations were done. I even asked to make somw arrangements but they told it will be charged separately. The reception staff seemed least interested in making any kind of arrangements.

The property is 5 Km from Anachal and away from city centre. The stay is peaceful and serene. The rooms are huge and the food is decent in the in-house restaurant. The room service guys are really helping even more than the actual staff at reception.

Beautiful location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. We had good time staying at the resort . Half an hour drive away from Munnar and beautiful scenery on the way Resort location is not the same as shown in booking.com, so use google maps or ask locals. Pool maintenance could have been better and have a member of staff supervising when gusts using the pool, especially with children.

Food very limited not much available from the menu in the evening. What I did have was good. Breakfast choice awful no fruit, hard boiled eggs grey. Fresh cooked eggs would have been nice and bread/pastry selection

The location was perfect for a relaxing break. The place is surrounded by trees with beautiful sunrise views! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a wonderful massage at their spa facilities.

Excellent staff both dining room and housekeeping. Food good but a bit on the spicy side. Housekeeping staff led by Sally efficient and courteous. Sally herself is an excellent leader.

Breakfast is tasty but there are limited options, it was carb heavy. Cleaning needs improvement, sheets and pillows were marked and stained, bed sheets had sindur on it. Pillow covers were filthy but they changed immediately after we requested.

The food was average, the restaurant had buffet options and a'la carte, but we felt forced to choose the buffet option by the staff. When we enquired about A' la carte they said it would be the same dishes as the buffet but it would take longer to serve it to us which didn't make any sense as they were already there. Some of the buffet dishes were not ready on time and it would arrive only after we would finish our meals, so it was not good value for money. The taste of the food was average too. Room service menu was limited too, when we tried to order a snack most of the things were not available. There was also no Hot water available in one of the rooms.

The location of the place was great, rooms overlooking the mountains. Staff were very friendly from the get go. The rooms were clean and spacious. The Spa facilities were good and would accommodate our needs and time. The pool was nice and was cleaned everyday.

The balcony is shared between two rooms, there should be direct access with private balcony. The same balcony can be utilized with separation .

- Although the staff were super helpful, it wasn’t always super clear what activities the hotel were able to arrange, what sites they included, etc. - Laundry service was on the expensive side. - Be aware that the hotel does not serve alcohol, and nearest place to buy should you wish is a tuktuk ride away

- Comfortable and spacious room with beautiful Mountain View from the balcony. - Bathroom was ‘western style’ and clean. Shower was the best we’ve come across while travelling in India! - Fron desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Particular thanks to Adia in the restaurant, who was so friendly and warm, gave excellent food recommendations (and explanations whenever we weren’t sure what something was), and always wished us sweet dreams at the end of dinner. - Food in the restaurant was genuinely wonderful, up there with some of the best we’ve had in India. We are often sceptical about eating in hotel restaurants, but this was excellent - really flavourful and great range. Absolute must tries were the Chicken Chettinad, Fish Moilee and the Kozhi Varutharachathu.

Direction to the property was poorly documented and no real sign board of the hotel anywhere in the town. Had to struggle a lot to find the resort as google map failed to locate it, finally we had to ask the locals to locate. Food was average and not many choices to choose from.

Resort was excellent with best view of mountains from the room. Really enjoyed the stay with my family. Rooms were clean and best serviced by staff when needed.

We stayed in the top floor . Top floors have two bedrooms.Hence the balcony provided is a shared space between the two rooms .

Rooms were clean and spacious enough to walk around. Staffs were courteous and helpful. They assisted us to around the Munnar city.
