IndiaEverything! Lets start with the ROOM allocation, I booked something and they provided me something, When I said a BIG No!!! Then, they provided with low heartily for what I paid. MANAGER - He is such a big attitude guy with no morals! No Hospitality! No Professionalism, No Ethics. Just a show off guy, Being into a profession which deals with a lot HOSPITALITY, COURTESY He is totally unfit for the job. I would personally recommend the property owner to change him literally! (Mind Voice) He should be a relative for the property owner. RESTAURANT - We entered the restaurant for dinner around 8.20PM and it took nearly 30mins for the waiter to ask me what I want. Its was 10Pm when I had my supper! that too I requested them to give me something which ready immediately! Totally disaster! Inadequate manpower, No proper guidance for them to treat the guest! Not only my family the total guests in the restaurant felt the same. Some guests started sleeping on the table because of their swift response. FREE BREAKFAST - Its free by the hotel so you should eat what they will provide, not like you can eat in an ordinary star hotels. If you say Idly is not cooked properly they will give dosa and if ask for some chutney they will stare at you that its a free breakfast and don't ask for more. FRUITS! they will give only sample and we should imagine like having it. PARKING - Literally parking ideas here are really bad, However the only person who is over doing his job is the parking guy. Aged person he have better experience in handling guests. Finally I made up my mind that we are here for spiritual activities not for tourism and then I understood that Hotel SREMETHILA itself in the same mind set.
Its a Newly built hotel I guess.

IndiaEverything was bad. I give it minus 100 When we checked in the water in bathroom was boiling hot. No normal wwater we were unable to take bath and use comode or even wash face . It was fixed after many fone calls after 3 hours 2. No towels were provided in bathroom . Rec'd after fighting a battle with staff 3. Everytime we went out acs were switched on and will not switch on when we enter u hv to make innumerable calls to hv it turn on 4. Floors were dirty. Room was not prepared before it was given 5. Sheets blankets were not enough for the night every time had to shout and many calls were made before receiving anything. I give it minus 100 5
