Rooms and interior feel a little out dated, paint issues in the furniture, not a deal breaker though.

Good AC rooms with neat n clean bedsheets. Good behaviour and cooperative as we checked in around 12.15 AM at night. Value for money.

Everything is good but the behaviour of the manager was unpleasant,rough,harsh. The first impression was soo bad that we didn't want to face him. Whatever, location, environment, everything is good. But if you're reading this, please talk and manage your guests in a pleasant and mannered way. If it tough for you then hire a man for this work. And work on your communication skills. It's really bad.

It a relatively clean place in a city jungle. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious. When we asked for a room change we got it. Staff is very helpfull. There were few things I didnt like: AC got disfunctioning, kept dropping water in enourmus quantity. As checking it I noticed that the issue has been existing for a while as the water made a unic ecosystem on the top of the wardrobe, with mushrooms a coackroach and a little gekko. (Room 204). There are those white balls at every drain opening, makes the whole place smelling like naphthalene. I know its neccessery, but still asking 2000 rupies for a night is way too much.

Despite the mosquito nets in the bathroom window, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room.

The property is close enough to the train station and calm, despite being on a busy street. The garden is lovely!

The sofa cushions and the bedsheets were not clean. Plus the room has stuffy smell. But I guess this was a budget stay in Madurai since hotels near the temple complex were a bit on premium and the crowd near the Madurai temple was a big factor to choose this hotel which was a comfortable distance from the hotspot.

Pleasant staff and convenient location. Hot water was available on tap. Sabarees hotel was just the next building which was one of the factors in choosing this hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant

The workers working there were a bit arrogant. They refused to give an extra towel for a three bed ac room. Only 2 towels were provided for three occupants. A bit far from the main market and temple. But area was good.

Staff at reception was good. Place was neat and clean. Rooms were spacious. Rooms had hot water available. Nearby eateries available. AC was working very well. It had a well maintained garden with lots of veggies grown.

The room was comfortable and clean, with hot water for the shower and AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not located in the city center but you need only 20 minutes by feet, or you can take a tuk-tuk which is very cheap. If you want to eat you have a restaurant just next to the hotel (1 minute) who serve very good food.
