little bathroom, water comes very slow,tiny washbasin, we booked with complimentary breakfast.. but they were not provide, they told us there is no breakfast plan in our hotel,but before booking I read people's review,they review about complementary BF..

No one at the reception No room service Telephone not working No TV connection The cost we paid is a waste as only 2 people were staying at this place. We even paid for breakfast but decided not to have as we wanted to exit as quickly as possible. No curtain in the room and they have hung one cloth.

Nothing in particular. There was no one at the reception. This is adjacent to a marriage hall and I think it is constructed keeping marriage hall in mind. There was no one staying at the hotel. Approach road was bad and no sign board and we were the only people staying at the place. There was no curtain and one piece of cloth was hung to the window. Someone left his coat in the wardrobe and I think they cleaned only one room. Telephone was not working. We had such a horrible experience and we regret why we choose this hotel as what is shown in internet is what is not there. They are simply fooling people.

The service of staff is not satisfactory,the breakfast was too late. Daily room cleaning was not there. The bath towel and soap was not provided.

The room was clean and facilities were good.TV was not working at beginning, but got repeared upon request.

They are charged extra amount than booking amount. 1268 is actual amount, they are asking 2000 rs. Reason we reached just 9 pm, our booking room was sold or given to others. But my booking time and date are same day. Also they are given room. Its extra amount. So i paid amount 1700 finally. No bills are provided to me. Service are very worst. Lock and toilet water leakages, not neatness, totally unsatisfactory. So we left morning 10 am before checkout time. Also they said we are not partner with fab hotel, fab hotel using our name mani residency.

I booked the hotel mainly for refreshment with full payment in advance Bath towel was provided only after 15mins when asked. No toiletries provided. Toot bush was provided after 30mins. No tea or coffee with breakfast. The hotel admin told the system is down and they will share the GST bill over WhatsApp with my Company GST details. However I haven't received the GST bill yet. Pathetic service. I asked for water, they haven't provided. They siad they have to get it outside. Without waiting further i left the place. No value for customer.

The cleanliness in the washroom could have been better.

The room was spacious. The amenities were sufficient including kettle, etc. The staff were friendly and courteous.
