It would be better if the complementary breakfast would include a tea or coffee. Never have I come across such an incident where the beverage is charged and we have to place the order separately. Both the window locks were broken and I felt unsafe being a soli traveller. The bedspread and pillow covers had an unhygienic smell. The towel provided was clearly not fresh, it had "fresh" stains on it.

I had stayed at your property on 13th August 2025. As per my request, the GST invoice was to be issued in the name of my company with our GST number. However, even as of today (25th August 2025), I have not yet received the requested GST bill.

I was disappointed with the service during my stay. There was no helper available to assist with the luggage, and the staff didn’t seem welcoming or attentive. Additionally, no one was present to open the gate for parking, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I never had a good experience with Airbnb. This is my 2nd time using Airbnb after 5 years with one bad experience. Hoping this time will be better and wanting for a change. 1. Breakfast included but when it's finished they don't refill. My experience, no milk, no butter for bread only Jam remaining. Also no bread knife for spreading butter or jam. Only speens and forks. Menu is Idly and Vadai but when Vadai is finished no refills for coming later but withing their designated breakfast timing. 2. There is an andriod led TV in the room but no chanels. You have to use your own Netflix or amazon accounts or any other streaming accounts. If you don't have one, tough luck. 3. Cupboards have no hangers. 4. Toilet is 2 steps high. You have climb up and jump down. 5. At night One watchman just takes over the job as receptionist and watchman at the same time. There is no room service at night. 6. No complimentary soap, toothbrush or paste in toilet. 7. No fridge Not the kind of hotel for me. I checked out the next day.

It had parking space for cars. Eventhough it's congested I was able to park with difficulties.
