We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There was some miscommunication between hotel and your response. We wanted to check in early and indicated while booking. But when we arrived we were asked to pay more for early check in. had we know about this policy we could have changed the plan accordingly.

IndiaI had to face the hardest travel time due to the rude approach of the management of ss lumina. I made the booking through booking.com and by virtue of good luck I got the booking for 90 rs per night and the same was done a month before the date of booking. On the day of booking I arrived at the property and gave the reference of booking.com booking . I got the reply that their system password has been changed and the person knowing the password for the booking.com booking portal is not available in the hotel so I should wait for some time. After an hour of waiting the receptionist informed me that I can check in the room and he will be completing the formalities later on as the concerned person will take time to reach the property.. I checked in the room and after freshing up I left fory appointments fory business trip. I ca.e back to the hotel in evening by 6.00pm at that time receptionist informed me that I had to vacate the hotel or have to pay the regular fair of hotel as they can't accept the booking.com deal of ₹90/- per day *The things which upset me are as under* If the deal was not acceptable then why had the hotel not denied the same in a one month window time of booking. If the same deal was not acceptable then why had they entertained me by opening the doors of the room Thirdly why did the management of the hotel take 8 hours to inform me that either I had to pay full tariff against the discounted offer They were having my contact details they must have informed me about their decision well in advance so that I could have looked for a good alternative within my budget to stay Everyone will endorse my words that every one who is traveling for a long stay always plans the budget well in advance the question is if someone says at the last moment that you have to pay big amount that too in a black mailing manner doesn't go with the policy of booking.com The worst of the worst part is there was no customer support of booking.
