Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a fridge in the room that had not been plugged in for a while and had gone slightly mouldy.
St Anthony's is slightly offset from the main road - behind another house, and so the entire premises is very chilled and quiet. I was given a room that was ABSOLUTELY HUGE, the bed was comfortable, I had lots of space and the situation was very peaceful.

At first I have been here earlier as well that time when I went to the breakfast area the staff asked me what type of breakfast would you like I gave them my preferences, and that time I got what type of breakfast I wanted, when I came back after two weeks for the breakfast the staff said me that you will only get Pohe and and nothing else and his behavior was not good at all, while at the same time there was a couple who were staying at the room next to me at by our side, he asked them so politely that what breakfast would you prefer made me embarrassed, then there came another staff I asked him that what was the reason for a different breakfast preference and this kind of behavior, he then Apologized to me and took our breakfast preference. Thanks to that guy I was relieved. But the main problem was that the staff who took my first order at the counter was rude, and made my morning uncomfortable. I would recommend to the owner of the property to give him a training of hospitality that guy literally Judges people. The reason I am writing this review is because I myself own a resort in konkan, and I know how important a review is. That's all overall Everything was Best apart from this one guy from the staff.
I have been here twice, it's one of the best and comforting stay at Anjuna. The owner of the property is very polite and kind. Rooms are clean the staff at the property is Good but one of the staff at the breakfast gave a bad experience.

Everything was really good, except the settings slightly with the AC of the rooms ....
The location was peaceful, very clean, beautiful and shady and cosy tooo... Means Ur tiredness will certainly vanish after resting well in the room as the disturbing sounds of the streets won't be heard atall......

The room could use more than 1 LED lighy in room, if anybody needs bright light.
The location is at its best. Near to Anjuna market, beach and vagator beach, vagator hill market. The premise is peaceful and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and was at service all the time. Ample space for 2 wheeler parking. Speacial thanks to Neharika, the manager of the property, she was all time available on call and was great at arranging rental vehicles.

The AC works little slower... reast everything was good.
It was a value for money stay. Clean environment and helpful staff.. They even let us for early check-in .. as we landed early morning.

No rubbish bins No refrigerator I stayed for a week and I think a change of sheets and towels would have been nice A little noisey from other guests , but not hotel fault
