Availability of hot water only for 1 hour in the morning from 7 to 8 am was a big constraint, considering the freezing weather. Same menu on both days in breakfast and dinner. No cups/glasses in the room; what is the use of the tea/coffee kettle?

This was a fun stay and good deal. The tent was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. The bed was comfortable. The evening entertainment was great. Dinner was yummy. The staff helped carry our baggage. They worked with us to make sure we got our camal safari even though we missed our time slot. There is only hot water in the morning - we had to ask the staff to turn it on. The breakfast was okay.

The tents were old and not very pleasant. It was cold in the evening and morning no heater. Dinner was mediocre and breakfast was not good. There were no more stars than you would see anywhere.

Worst place to think of staying. Nothing called service at all. We need to ask 3-4 times for a small as well. No toiletries. Breakfast not ready even by 8 am Waste of money

The rooms were very sparse, bedding was torn and very worn. Bathroom was very basic and there was no hot water in single digit weather.
