We booked for 3 people and expected 3 water bottles but got 1 and upon requesting got another. They charged for the third bottle. They had a few food items like 10₹ juice and chips but none of them was complimentary which was kind of stingy of them. They specifically had a notice that if we eat we have to pay.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Good locality. If you're planning a leisure trip, all the places to visit are close by.

Don't book it via booking.com. Try another app, maybe they won't screw up your bookings. I had terrible experience with this site for the first time. While searching I was booking for two people, but on my confirmation it only showed as booked for one. After I reached the property, I called and asked Booking.com team to update my stay details, but they just called the hotel to check the price and did not help at all. I had to pay extra charges for another person even when I was under the presumption that I was booking for two. No where was it mentioned that I was booking only for one, until I received my confirmation. This is not cool.

The hotel is decent for a night or two. Breakfast is alright.

The buffet breakfast opens at 8 am. This is too late for people who have to commute to reach at 9 am. Breakfast should be available from 6.30am onwards.

I was shocked to see that the bathroom door was of glass and was not totally opaque. Not just that, there were also gaps in the door hinges. This was disgusting and unacceptable. Also, the breakfast was just not scrumptious. Just idli, sambhar, seviaan upma. That's it in hot breakfast. Rest was sandwich, toast, fruits etc. The staff at breakfast was not cooperative and we're reluctant to pour even coffee. Disappointing it was. Location was good. I wish service were also good. When i checked in, there was no one to pick my bags from th car. On being asked, i was told that the staff is having lunch... Finally someone did take my luggage from reception to the room after i requested for the same. Overall, the glass door in toilet, bad breakfast and lethargic staff made me disappointed towards the hotel.

There were at least eight small cockroaches in the kitchen and toilet area. I killed them. This was reported and I saw no more until my last day of an 8-night stay (unable to upload a video). Another disappointing incident was in the restaurant, where I pointed out some spilled jam on the floor. The waiter said something like "housekeeping", and then he and another staff member continued to walk on the spilled jam, as did another guest. Another minor issue was not receiving my laundry before checking out. A check by the staff showed that the wrong room number was written on the bag (not by me). See the photo. I got my clothes in time.

The location was a short walk from my destination, so it was convenient. I liked the provision of a fridge.

Unprofessional & rude behaviour of manager...I think they treat differently with booking.com customer.at the time of joining formalities they are giving their own list of rules ..if I got this before then I will never book this hotel Booking.com pls be serious on customer query & revert mail properly if we escalate any issue
