the room booked was spacious and clean. Owner was very polite and helpful. The location is close to the vishwanath temple and the ghats. The path to reach hostel can be a bit confusing but it is not a deal breaker. Definitely will visit again.

Sometimes people with hot water

I’m so happy I’ve chosen this guesthouse for my travel. The first advantage is location of course. This part of city can go by walk or by bike only so it was so important to stay in convenient area. Room wan cleaned good and everything was neat. Owner and his sons were so kind and helpful. They do all requests so good. One son of owner even helped me to go one very ancient temple very early because I couldn’t get there alone. Very good restaurant Dolphin just on the side of hotel. My first travel to Varanasi was amazing and mostly of this hotel. Probably next time I’ll stay here also. I recommend to chose this hotel

Out of the three rooms, two are extremely small. In my mind they are simply too small for a couple. The big room is very nice. Regarding the noise mentioned in other reviews: it should be very clear, from 5AM it is almost impossible to sleep unless you have really good earplugs.

The room and bathroom were clean. There’s a window facing outside, which is quite rare in Varanasi’s old city. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with reliable hot water. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the bed was large and very comfortable, with clean bedsheets. The owner was friendly, helpful, and always available, making sure that guests were satisfied and everything was in order. The location is fantastic — very close to the river and situated in an extremely authentic alleyway. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and just outside the guesthouse, there are small, charming temples that add to the authentic vibe of the place.

Nothing that I can think about.

The hotel is situated at the ghat side with very close proximity to Kashi Vishwanath temple and the nearby market. You can just walk for 2 mins to watch the ganga arati as well. The hospitality by the owner and his two sons were exceptional. This property is highly recommended if you are planning a trip to Varanasi.

The staff were very helpful. Fabulous location! Room was perfect. There was a queue to the temple in the morning for two hours but for me this was lovely to hear the chitter chatter. Real India. Very much recommended and great value. 👍🏻

Stayed for two days. Divyanshu came to the streets to receive us at 11.45pm when we were struggling in the crowd to find the place. He also arranged a place for a foreign lady who accompanied us from the airport as her booking had got cancelled and she was unable to find another accommodation at that late hour. He is the perfect host willing to help in all situations. The location is perfect for visit to the Ghats and Temples which are all nearby.

The owner and his two sons especially Aiswarya are very nice people. Due to huge rush and 14 hours of late running of train we reached at 01:00 am Aiswarya came and received us. The owner and his sons are really nice. Location is fantastic. God bless 🙏

Place little congested, but I think entire Varanasi ghat has similar thing, so no complaint

Location of the property, it's just couple of steps away from the ghat. You can spend hours and hours there. Everything is just next to you right from Baba Kashi Vishwanath temple to all ghats. The owners, both brothers and their father are true humans, very humble, polite, helpful and smiling. They will ensure that you are their extended family and not customer, though they are running commercial property.
