They need to be more careful about the drivers there sending to pick up the clients. I asked for 2 big xl cars as we were 7 people and we had 6 big suitcases and 4 small ones. However,the hotel said it will send one as it will fit it one big car. We waited for 1 hour at the airport for the car to come,after calling numerous times on the number they gave me. To our surprise,a small car came to fetch us. Only 1 big suitcase and 2 small ones fit in it! And it was another driver. He was very careless with our luggage as well!we had to wait for them to send another car after I called them!

The hotel is good for a 1 night stay.

There is an awful smell from the drain in the washroom!! Used up my deo to minimize the smell. Shared car parking, might have to park on the road. No elevator, only staircase access. Toiletries limited to soap n shampoo (acceptable for the price range)

The location, its on the highway & close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The tariff was nominal & value for money The staff was cooperative & pleasant Flexible check-in & check-out... no fuss no hassels Very good option to stopover while travelling from south towards Hyderabad

There is a bad smell in the bathroom due to the drains not working very well. Ruined the entire stay for us as the smell was very strong throughout the night. The Booking.com description shows the location as minutes from the aiport but it turned out to be very far and cost almost 600 rupees to take a taxi. Misleading description in terms of location

The location is hard to find as it’s on service road and not the address applied. Uber drivers have very hard time finding hotel.

we cant compare with 5atar hotel. But definitely in given prize the provided facilities were very good.

Room was clean , clean bed sheets , all facilities like AC ,TV clean toilet, hot water in bathroom. and near to benglore airport, food was fresh brought from some restaurant and reasonable rate.

There was no provision for tea once we checked in, in the evening; we managed without having tea that evening. Tea/ coffee should be made available in-house; can be done with a tea/ coffee vending machine. The dinner food was costly as it was ordered from a upmarket restaurant; there should be more options on food availability. We did not get to use the complimentary wi-fi; it should be provided upfront at the desk during guest registration. We did not get a receipt for the booking payment; there should be a provision to print it upfront and give to customer immediately upon payment. We asked for it but could not get even a soft copy as the software had an issue and were told we'll get a whatsapp copy; that never arrived. We stayed only for about 6-7 hours at the hotel; when we mentioned that since we were paying for 24 hours and only availing 1/4th the duration and whether the airport cab drop can be made complimentary, it was refused. Overall, the stay was overpriced.
