Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were truly exceptional—extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Dileep for organizing a fun activity and for being especially kind and helpful with the children—it made a big difference to our experience. The restaurant staff were also very professional and attentive, making every meal pleasant. The entire property was kept very clean, which we greatly appreciated.

Rooms were a bit smelly to start with. Children play area could be covered by cork rather than natural soil and pebbles as it can hurt toddlers exploring on their own.

We liked the staff. At reception, for room service, in dining area, at activities, all were well behaved & accommodating. However activities coordinator Mr. Dileep was exceptional. Fun to talk to, he made the stay very pleasant. Also the day trips itinerary he shared was very helpful. Looking forward to go to this place again

although we didn’t take any kids, a suggestion is that the kids play area has to be improved also need to revamp the activity area.

excellent place to stay. it’s very family friendly resort. very well maintained. clean and comfortable. customer service was top notch. very well trained staff to provide best customer service. especially the front desk staff name Greesha, who gave us the best service from check in to check out. rooms were spacious. they had 2 restaurants but the multi cuisine restaurant had good option of breakfast and food. taste was awesome. well maintained pool. can complain a thing about the resort.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property is located at the edge of the forest and just suitably far away from thenoise of the town. The resort is manned by an excellent set of professionals who are genuinely happy to have you as their guest. Very eco friendly, the resort can hardly be seen among the foliage of green that they have painstakingly nurtured. Their restaurants offer a delectable spread and managed by Mr Jose who is the Executive Chef. Mr Bidhan and Mr Suman are buzzing around the restaurant and are some of the most happy and patient staff I have seen. The infectiously enthusiastic Mr Dileep is your man to go to for information and activities. His interactions with us were informative and entertaining... He also is a fantastic photographer. It's a place to unwind, and let yourself be taken care of by the staff of this wonderfully located and staffed resort. Highly recommended.

SPA - staff was not there

Got superb hospitality from staff. right from house keeping to chef. Dileep is a superb entertainer. he was added feather in our Sterling Wayanad strip.

The hospitality can be improved & cleanliness of the room was not up to mark. The towels & comforts in the room on the first day was not good. On the second day it was changed and considerably better. But still I believe it is not to the luxury level expected from such a hotel who is charging high pricing
