However they are short staffed for a full house operation .Morning "free" breakfast options were limited,live counters catering to 25 people and 6 toddlers manned by a single chef especially when you are charging in excess of 17k per night!!! On the contrary paid dinner buffet was quite the opposite During morning breakfast in the background of a full house and slow service ,the staff was always facing the residents ire.

General cleanliness needs improvement. Dry leaves everywhere. Bathroom fixtures feel worn out. Drinking water is supplied in small 250-500 cc plastic bottles, adding significantly to plastic waste. Food portion size and size of breakfast spread are not up to the ITC standards. Some may find it a bit overpriced.

The food is generally good. The location is approachable, just 20 minutes drive away from EM bypass. The Spa setup is great. The staff is courteous and helpful. We understand the property is still being built so we don't mind the unfinished roads.

Mould on bathroom hardware, musty smelling rooms, cracks on some room walls due to moisture, in couple of the rooms had the electricity randomly going off. Near the restaurant, we also found a leaking roof! Totally unworthy of the high price. Maintenance wise, it isnt even comparable to a 3 star . Asked for change of rooms several times but most of the rooms still had the same issues.

It’s a beautiful resort and even though it’s not far from Kolkata, you feel like you’ve left the city behind The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and so cooperative. The food was tasty and the chef and staff were very responsive to feedback as well. We had a really nice stay here.

The property is nice but very limited facility. The restaurant was extremely over priced. They are not serving alcohol yet which is not mentioned anywhere. We checked in to celebrate our anniversary. During check in we gave all the required documents but suddenly at around 10.15 in the night we got a call from the reception from the same staff who checked us in called sourav that my documents were not given. My husband reminded him that we gave a soft copy of my passport which we clicked a picture of with his phone and then he said ok let me check. That was a little off and unprofessional.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous.

Beautiful property, very tranquil and peaceful. Good breakfast and complimentary high tea. Staff was well behaved. They also gave complimentary cake for our anniversary (thank you). Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Buffet spread for breakfast and high tea was average. Even though the room rates were comparable to any other five star in Kolkata, the standard of the room was not up to the mark (for example there was no overhead shower in the bathroom only hand shower), the property is not well lit and all menu items were not available.

The place was quiet, since there are less rooms the breakfast buffet etc don't get crowded. This worked well for us since we had gone there for a staycation with our 2 month old baby.
