Breakfast was limited and abit cold. Dinning hall was freezing.

The room was so comfortable and warm. Darjeeling was freezing that day and we slept comfortably.

Bathroom were stinking...room we got through booking (double deluxe ) was very tiny..bed could not accomodate 2 adults plus kid...we had several other issues like MCB tripping continously, bathroom was stinking. So we had to finally upgrade room which was then comfortable.I think this is issue as the hotel is in mall road, which is busy area.

Restaurant was good. Breakfast had good options and staff was helpful. My son was sick , so they helped in midnight to take him to hospital nearby and packed us BF on day of leaving.

Location very inconvenient, wifi pathetic, toilet fittings shaky, shabby(used?) bed spreads - had to ask them to chsnge, congested room(for the amount paid), poor response for room service, sub standard house keeping. Witnessed other guests also raising complaints and shouting. Bitter experience

I was travelling with my aged parents and chose this hotel because it was really close to the mall. We could walk up to the mall almost every evening quite comfortably. We upgraded to a room with a view and did not regret it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread though not lavish, was quite filling. The morning black tea that we requested them to serve was excellent. The staff on hand always had a smile on their face and were attentive. The extended dining area overlooking the mountains is beautiful and the perfect place to start your day over a hot cup of Darjeeling tea. We will book this hotel if we travel to Darjeeling again.

Bed linens were dirty and not changed from prior occupants when we checked in. There was hair all over the sheets. Although they did change it immediately after I reported it - I’m curious why it wasn’t changed in the first place as it’s greatly unhygienic.

Honestly, nothing that I can talk about at the moment.

tv didn’t work, we tried to put it on without success. the night tables too low, not practical. the shower is really basic… nothing to hold soap, shampoo… have to leave it on the floor . the lighting in the toilet/ shower insufficient. I repeat: it’s too basic. simply can’t be rated four star

nothing exceptional. real ordinary. it has to be removed from the 4 star category. The personnel are 4 star but the hotel equipment is 3 star maximum.

Firstly we paid extra and upgraded our rooms, but we encountered a significant issue with the room that caused inconvenience, especially for our elderly parents. The toilet had no water supply, which made it difficult for us to use the facilities comfortably. The process of shifting rooms caused trouble for our elderly parents, who were already tired from traveling. We understand that occasionally issues can arise, but we hope that the hotel can take steps to ensure the room surely checked before assigning them to guests, especially those with special needs. Secondly, we were disappointed with the service. Despite requesting daily replenishment of tea and coffee packets, they were not refilling it during our stay. We hope that the hotel can improve its service .

A lot of foul smell from bathroom, bathroom opening into room. Frequent power failure, toiletries refill to be told, they don't do it by themselves. Price is far high.
