The wi fi on the 4th floor was weak and often doesnt work

All good but it’s a steep climb up like most of Shimla. Good cardio!

Lovely clean room in a quiet location above the Mall. Walking distance from the centre of town.

NO LIFT in hotel, inclines and steps to go up to reception/ rooms. Terrible location especially if you looking for it at nite, as no proper signage. Is located very close to church/ Ridge/ Mall road BUT CARS CANNOT GO beyond a point on the the STEEP roads, hence EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for elders, and Middle aged people to go UP the slopes, or down to the Mall,without Local small cabs that are not frequent,nor easily available.Only few Premium rooms have a view. Frequent power outages, so keep your phones charged. Food is not bad. Bathroom curtain rods need to be lower to avoid water splashing out.

Good Basic hotel.VERY Helpful staff. Electric blanket helps a lot in cold weather. The staff try their Best.

This is a very good hotel, with comfortable rooms, helpful staff, the most amazing views, and above all, *quiet* (apart from door banging early in the morning, which seems to happen in all hotels, to a greater or lesser extent. Perhaps they could consider putting some soundproofing tape around door frames to reduce the noise?) And it's a good value for money. One point is that there is a very steep climb from the Ridge, which is really demanding when you arrive, because of the high altitude. I would recommend using a taxi to arrive.

The cab driver didn't take us to the right snow point which we came to know later through a friend. My friend showed us the pics of that place which was hardly 7 km away. Maybe the commission on the horse ride package was more than the 4x4 ride.

The hotel is centrally located and ideal for exploring the old Shimla and historical sites, and for visit the Shree Hunaman Temple

One management staff uneccessarily suggesting that the check out time was 12pm while it was clearly present in the booking document that the check out was at 12:30pm. Difficult to get uber or indrive in this location.

The view from the room was awesum and just above mall road.

the best hotel in shimla, definitely for me. 5 minutes from the ridge and still very quiet location as it is a little higher up. And I would also like to thank the staff very much. If I ever return, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Wifi was intermittent.

Very close to Jakhu and Mall Road with gorgeous views of the valley. Good Dinner and Buffet breakfast.

The cabs do not come up especially since the roads are steep but thats a problem with all the hotels

The place was walkable from the Mall road but by driving it was a long way around as Mall road is not open for all vehicles. Walking up from Mall road in low temperatures is not for the faint hearted especially people with weak hearts from the cities. The place is quite close to major sites like Ropeway, Jhakoo mandir, mall road , Christ Church, and staff is quite supportive. The facilities are basic and the place is quite cozy feel at home. The geyser doesnt work in low temperatures. The rooms were big and the view from the 3rd floor is amazing especially when it is snowing.

Location is a drawback for this stay unless anyone wants to visit Jakoo Temple or the church at ridge

The bathroom needs to be cleaner. The wall tiles are old and broken and overall needs to be cleaner

The location is difficult to get to but has glorious views.

Its very difficult for the vehicles to come as two vehicles cannot cross each other at the same time. The pillow covers and bed sheet duvet was not clean or had previous patches. There were small dead ants.

The staff are very attentive and very good. The place is just 3 min walk away from mall road. The food is tasty as well and decent amount of varieties are given. We were using HB basis.

Approach to hotel by car is very tedious with extremely narrow roads. Parking is difficult.No elevator. Family suite on top floor very dusty and quaint with lot of noise from Roof top monkeys and birds and some king od of machinery maybe A/c
