We had a great family vacation for 2 days here. The caretaker Mr. Kishan is very helpful and supported very well during our stay. The owner Mr. Mohan was also helpful to suggest us many places to visit. Rooms were clean and large, view from balcony and terrace of the sea is beautiful. All in all, it was a very memorable experience for us.

I liked the location, the ambience, the boss Murali mohan , he was so polite, accomadative and we became friends ,there was ample space for party

No common terrace in case you dont book the costlier bigger room on the top floor which isnt a very economic option.

The host was really good, attentive and suggested us places to visit which turned out to be perfect for us to have fun. He was willing to support in any way if we required.

On a lighter note, a bit of wood work in kitchen and budget room will attract customers more but my opinion is subjective as goods in this place overide these minor points

Excellent location, caring host and value for the money! The place is at very close proximity to the beach and away from the crowded beach. If you are going in a group, taking all 4 rooms gives added advantage of privacy throughout the property.

Nothing as such, everything was good.

It’s on the beach road hardly 200 meters from the sea beach. Its very clean staff is well behaved and cooperative. The owner is also a gentleman and helped us with list of near by visiting places.

Small place very near the beach, with very polite and helpful personnel and a good Indian breakfast. The owner helps you if you need any help e.g. with your dinner, theyaan events or transportation to your next destination.

There's hardly anything that we didn't like about this place, but as a suggestion it will be good to improve the breakfast options.

The cosiness of the place and the warmth of the owner stand out among the many good features of this facility.

The double bed was undersized. Only 4 feet wide. We could not sleep whole night. Airconditioner shown at the time of booking. But 500/- extra has been asked for use of AC. Approx 230/- charged in the name of Service charges. The owner told me that it will go to booking.com Rooms and cupboards are very dirty. Bathroom is 22 Square feet only. Room is very small, like a store room.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He told me about a Theyam festival happening while I was there and organised a tuk tuk to take me. He also helped me book an onward train ticket.

Cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area was bad. there was no privacy as the care taker was also staying in the same floor. people walk in without any consent

Amazing Location, so close to the beach. Nice beach view from the balcony. Very good hospitality. I had lost my spectacles in the sea, the owner helped connect with a relevant opticals that could deliver the specs in an hour. Owner also helped us connect with other services and provided good recommendations.

Value for money. Host Murali Mohan is a gem and takes care of all your needs. He can literally make plans for you on your vacation if you are not familiar with the place. There is no harassment for payments. No restrictions at the property. You have a common television and balcony. Breakfast was really good and there are no hidden charges. Everything is transparent in terms of expectations and understanding.

There is nothing you don’t like

We like everything, location was good their ambience and the hospitality were superb , we stayed there for 3 nights with family and the moment we arrived there, Murali sir the owner a humble person arranged everything for us from transport to everything he guided us in a way we felt like we were home , there caretaker kishan bhai he made special breakfast for us , played chess with my kids ,they were so happy didn’t want to leave the place .murali sir and kishan bhai were so humble and helpful we never felt like we were tourist ,100% we recommend who ever travelling to kannur stay there feel the experience, we definitely visiting there again for us now that’s our home in kannur 😊
